I used to work here, so I'll in include a few PDQ hacks if you're interested. The quality of the food at PDQ is directly related to how long since it's been fried. There's a good 30-60 minute window after the chicken/fries are made and they'll taste great, but after that, the quality drops drastically. Keep this in mind for delivery orders! Order from somewhere else if you want fresh, crispy tenders, because you won't be getting them here through delivery. (Still pretty good though.) All of the food is supposed to be made fresh, and typically you won't get served anything that's too old. However, if you go in during slow hours/late at night, you're much more likely to get older food that's past the freshness window. It'll still be tasty, sure, but it's not nearly as good as it could be. Don't order salads here! They're super overpriced, if you want PDQ chicken on it just order some and make your own salad at home! The shakes here are nothing special, just like any other fast food place. Tad overpriced. The broccoli side is just a few pieces with parm cheese sprinkled on top and then microwaved. Same with the macaroni. It isnt house made,(comes bagged from corporate) and each portion is individually microwaved, so don't expect Chick Fil A quality mac here. If you're dissatisfied with the quality of your food, complain! The managers are practically required to give you free stuff if the service isn't meeting expectations. Don't get the tender meal that comes with toast. It's less value than just ordering each item separately. Conclusion: a fresh basket of PDQ tenders and fries will knock Chick Fil A out of the park any day, but ordering online (especially if you live far away) may give you food that will lead to disappointment. The food on its own is mostly priced fairly, but you'll get a lot more value out of an order of tenders rather than a sandwich. (Psst: order tenders and make your own sandwich with them! You'll get more this way, and the sandwich patties tend to get a little rubbery after being in the fryer, but tenders don't have...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve ate at PDQ twice and both times Iāve ended up sick. The first time was about a year ago, my daughter and I decided to try their food. I got the Mediterranean chicken salads with grilled chicken and she got chicken fingers. My chicken in the salad was undercooked and I ended up sick to my stomach. My daughter has the same issue with her meal as well. The last weekend, my fiancĆ© and I went to eat there, it was his first time and my second, I explain last time I ate there I got sick to my stomach. He said babe this time will be different. I decided against another salad and went with a chicken meal. Not only did the drive thru attendant not take my order correctly, but they said to pull up to spot because it would a bit. They brought the order to us and it thrown in the bags, there was sauce everywhere. Chicken was not in container or box We went home and sat down to eat. 30 min later my stomach was cramping and I once again was sick to my stomach and so was my finance. Itās been 2 days and Iām still sick to my stomach. I will never eat at PDQ again and I do not recommend people eating at an establishment that under cooks chicken and throws the food in the bag like it was trash. Smhā¦...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreZero cars in line at 4 oāclock on Thursday. Just me. After I drove away and got to my destination to open my bag I see my meal with just the two containers of food. No napkins, no ketchup for the fries, no sauces or condiments, actually didnāt ask me for anything. Then the food⦠Absolutely disgusting sandwich. Threw it in the garbage right away as it tasted old and stale and almost rotten. There is definitely something wrong with their food as it is old or not cooked properly!! Nothing like paying $15 for some old rotten food where the establishment doesnāt have enough respect to make it fresh Yuk š¤¢š¤® Go across the street and do yourself a favor!!
8/22/25 LISTEN to Elizabeth and others doing reviews. Too many fake reviews here to give them a good standing. Absolute garbage. Two times in six months just to try and see and both times it was nasty and the same. They donāt reply to anything bad because then that would be telling the truth. Theyāre only going to praise fake reviews and good comments. Definitely go to Chick-fil-A across...
