Bartender was nice as well as the lady at the door collecting entrance fee. Venue is large however the clientele tend to be on the loud and on the obnoxious side. Wanted to check out the Karaoke on Friday night and many of the patrons were more concerned with getting drunk than being respectful of the singers on stage. Also the gentlemen running the karaoke did not use a list for singers but rather collection of small paper slips to fill out name/song/artist. I had a bad experience the first time I went in. Service was not good. Took forever to get a drink and it was awful.. stood there for about 20 min to try and get something else but she never came back to me. Wound up leaving my drink at the bar and walking out. Understanding that sometimes people have bad days I decided to give it a second try and now one of my favorite places to go in Lakeland. Friends and I stopped in because it was close by. One side is smoking, and the other is non-smoking. There was a live band and a small dance floor. The crowd was mostly 45 and up. My friend had a negative experience with one rude server, but the rest of the staff was wonderful. It's convenient if you want up step out for a bit and not travel to DT Lakeland to go out.
