1st, why does good will sell cheap new dollar store type garbage in a charity thrift store? And why would you do this (see photos) to a piece of clothing? I bought it just to bring home and post. And the prices???? I typically only shop the Salvation Army or those types of thrift stores as I truly know where the proceeds go, but I wanted some books for an upcoming medical procedure, so we stopped after church, and my husband was browsing and saw this....what a true shame. A brand new shirt ruined. They drew an X through the inside tag and it went all the way through so it shows on the outside. Disgusting. Where are the people responsible? 🤔

It's a good place to drop off unwanted items. If you're Looking for a bargain shop at the flea markets. Because now goodwill is not really the place to shop at if you're looking for a bargain. They are overprising their used stuff. Since the pandemic happened after that the prices went up Some of these prices are like new prices. This stuff is used You could probably find a better deal at walmart or at the dollar store and it would be new Unless you really have to have it. LOL

THE MOST EXPENSIVE GOODWILL I have ever seen! I shop at many in great expensive neighborhoods and never have I seen this prices. A used tiny towel that’s $2 in Walmart brand new here 2.98 what a joke. Blankets $12 . Don’t waste your money go get new stuff at Ross or Walmart for less and NEW! Whoever is marking this prices need to be evaluated. This is not what Goodwill is about.

Goodwill has gotten extremely pricey. They say their overhead has increased, I guess that means their rent, electric and water. I don’t think their employees wages have increased, nor has ours. The general public has less disposable income and higher overhead like everyone else but unlike the Goodwill, their consumer base and their retail counterparts, do not get free items to turn around and sell for profit, a charity status for taxes, and cash donations at the registers. Some of the stuff they are gouging people for is slightly less than what the regular retailers are selling it for brand new. It’s ludicrous to pay such high prices for a used item with no warranty and with no option to bring back if it doesn’t work or is defective for just about what you pay for the same item new that you can return to the store if you have a problem with it. Then they have the nerve to ask for more money when you check out. Nice store but like all the others way, way overpriced as of late. Due to their pricing, I’ll no longer be supporting the Goodwill...

I always shop thrifts. It's that thrill that you get whenever you visit a store and you really don't know what you're going to find. Some days you find a treasure that apparently someone didn't know what it was and marked it at a price that was absolutely ridiculous and other days you just need some Staples while you're away and Goodwill seems always come through. They're consistent one thing I've noticed however over the last few years is their pricing has gotten pretty much out of whack. Now I know when I buy from there that I'm doing good for someone but at the same time it's still a thrift store it's supposed to have ridiculously good deals to keep us coming back. So I find myself not coming back nearly as often as I do other places. So for that they get three stars based on pricing, based on their product selection including too much dollar store items that we can go to the Dollar store and get for half the price. So this is a midline Goodwill store probably top of the midline. And I've...

When I was there I saw a cannon acoustic sc-8 home theater. This is a white van scam special. The pawn shop where I work will not purchase these for any price. I have refused them new in box for $5. I spoke with an associate letting them know that selling these speakers to a customer was as good as theft. They said they would grab the manager. The associate opened a door to the back room and yelled for the manager. The manager yelled back asking what they needed. She yelled that a customer needed her and the manager yelled back that she didn’t have time for a customer . The associate told me to hold on went back and spoke to the manager for 5 minutes and came out and found another associate. That associate did take the item off the floor but to have a manager yell out that they don’t have time for a customer especially one who is trying to help their business is horribly unprofessional. I will not...
