Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Lakemore

Out of ALL the Marcos, this one is it. They always have special deals and offer coupons. If you use their app, you earn reward points to use on future orders. It really does save you money. We had a LG pizza with 2 toppings & cheesy bread for less than $20...can't beat it. Pizza was well made, hot and ready on time. Bread was cheesy, delicious & baked perfect. I've gotten their Brownie before and it's to die for! It's super chocolatey with chocolate chips melted on top and is served warm in a little pan. FYI...its big enough for 2 people. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the people I dealt with were nice. I also noticed how clean everything was around the prep areas, so that was a plus. Lots of parking, easy to get in and out. These are some of the rudest employees that I've ever come in contact with. I had no idea that they did not have car pickup, as was the option when I ordered. They saw me outside waiting for it( I had my dog with me. That's why I ordered it for car pickup ). When I went inside they all looked at me and continued doing what they were doing. Mind you this was 10 minutes after my order was ready. Then one of them looked at the other one and said I'll deal with it. He gave me my pizza and was rude and said they don't have carside pickup and continued to argue with me about it. The pizza was not good. It was so soggy. I'm shocked that this is a Marco's Pizza. I ordered pizzas for a birthday party. Paid ahead. Picked up on time. The pizzas were not cut well, if cut at all. Of course, we didn't think this would be an issue so we didn't bring a knife or a pizza cutter. Called in to report the issue and was was basically told to find a pizza cutter. We were at the roller rink, we did not have access to a pizza cutter... After a lengthy discussion where I had to repeat the issue multiple times, two pizzas were replaced due to us having to literally rip the other pizzas apart to feed the 20 plus people at this birthday party.
