When we tried getting in line there were not any cashiers available and the girl, Isabella, ignored us until we asked for a cashier, she already seen us and looked away. She continued being rude by telling us we were at the wrong register, so that gave her permission to ignore us, we were in the 'wrong' line. After putting all our packages to 'her' check out she didn't want to give us our five dollar gift card for the cat food we bought. She said 'they are not doing that anymore' although she didn't even look for the promotion. The add was still posted for the gift card so we asked to see a manager. The manger fixed the problem and we got our gift card, even though she should have went and got the manager and asked about the promotion before flat out denying us. She was a rude person that should be terminated because if she treated us so poorly she treats everyone else...

I have used this store for years. The staff is exceptionally friendly, especially Rachelle. I look for her everytime. If your looking for anything farm or animal related chances are they will have it or will find it for you. Just the other day the tire on our trailer was flat, no time to fix it so we needed a replacment. Not only did they have our tire fitment but many sizes and bolt patterns to choose from. We got our tire and got back to work with little delay. We also bought our new grill there a few weeks ago. It's a Three Embers grill stainless steel. Well I hate to do this cuz I LOVE TRACTOR SUPPLY!! BUT the Springfield/Lakemore store has sadly angered me! I bought a pool from here a wk ago, there was tape on the bottom of the box n didn’t appear to have ever been opened cuz the pull tab on the top was intact. Well boy was I wrong!!! Not only had it been opened the pool had been used!!! Which hey I’m not against buying used things BUT this was ridiculous!! The pool was still wet n had a damn ring around it like a dirty tub!!! Did I bring it back? No cuz it was the only one they had so I just went to scrubbing! But they could have at least let a person know...
