The Shop Coffee - Tea - Etc — Restaurant in Lakeport

Came for an oat latte and a pastry and the pastries were a collection of terrible looking plastic wrapped donuts. The latte was sub par, tasting bitter and burnt and no creamy goodness that usually comes with a well-made latte. Cup was way overfilled to the very top, so it leaked everywhere when I took off the top to put a sugar in (make that 2 because of how bitter it is). The stir sticks barely reach the bottom of the cup so I burned my fingers just trying to stir in the sugar in the overfilled cup. I'd let this slide if the coffee actually tasted good, but alas.

The seating is a few very tall barstools against one wall, so not comfortable for either sitting with a book or having a conversation with a friend. My feet didn't even almost reach the foot rest, and the counter is shoulder height, so you have to have the stools as tall as they go to sit at it.

I don't understand why this place has such a high reviewer score. I came because of its high star rating. Its only saving grace is that the Barrista is nice...

I thought it was a coffee shop . I went in to get a decafe coffee a regular coffee and a bagel and a blueberry muffin the manager would not make me a cup of decafe because she don't sell enough of it ..I think that stupid cause it is a coffee shop ...what does one pot of decafe cost to the sale of...

By far the best Coffee shop I've been to. The owner and staff are always in a great mood and are consistent with my drinks. It tastes exactly the same every single time no matter who made my drink. The decor is not your typical decor for a coffee shop and their selection of drinks and...
