This Hospice is located in Lakeport CA. On Clearlake in Lake county California. It's not a very big Hospice resale store. So the veriaty that you would get in a bigger city isn't here. It does serve a purpose for a small community such as Lakeport and that is as with all communities in rural America that has a large elder population. Is to conveniently donate a person who has passed belongings. It is what it is for the most part as we are in Agri community. So it's not people donating due to moving for a new job. Ranchers and farmers don't move but maybe once in a life time I know intire families that have been on there property's for 3-4 generation and have never moved. So as I said the store isn't very big and I have to say they are a bit over priced in my book for donated goods to resale. Also the parking lot is not user friendly. It has one in-trance and one exited because the actually parking area is so narrow. It is right off main Street , easy to see from the street and thank goodness it's not right in the middle of downtown Lakeport. You will find the usual assortment of clothing, bedding, misc. electronics, some furniture way over priced in my book,...

Read moreOftentimes clothing at this thrift store are priced at near retail prices (which I overlook because items are usually decent quality, some clothes are reasonably priced, and hospice is an important service), but they no longer provide fitting rooms to try clothing on. I’m not purchasing a clothing item I cannot try on, no matter how much it costs. I used to like this store a lot and it’s dissappointing to no longer be a customer, but until fitting rooms are provided again I’m no longer shopping here. (I’d imagine that they probably closed the fitting rooms because of another problem they have— no customer restroom and no nearby...
