Absolutely terrible. I ordered a take out order consisting of about nine entrees and all of it was bad. The food was soggy and low quality anyway. I understand it was a relatively large order, but there is no reason I should be paying $14 for fish and chips and receive 3 soggy filets and the leftovers of soggy fries. A burger in the order had a random onion ring in it for some reason when the side that was ordered was saratoga chips. To start all of this, the online ordering format was the worst I have ever seen. For some reason it wouldn't let me order a regular All American Burger for reasons no one knows, several of the items on the menu weren't an option to order, and it looks horrible. I tried to order a fajita quesadilla and there were about 60 different options for things that aren't even on a quesadilla. It was supposed to be a choice of chicken, shrimp, or beef and I couldn't even find that and ended up paying extra for extra chicken that I didn't even want. To top all of this off, it told me that it was going to take an hour to prepare all of this. I put orders like this in to different restaurants on a somewhat regular basis and most take about 30 minutes. I even called after placing the order and they told me that the time was correct which baffled me. Once I got there, I had to go to the bar and wait for a good amount of time before any employee even acknowledged me and once they did it seemed very transactional. There were clearly plenty of employees in the kitchen so I don't know what was going on. Overall this place is terrible. Maybe the in person experience might be better, but I can guarantee that the food is probably just as bad, maybe just a little bit more fresh. The food quality is terrible and no one there looks like they remotely enjoy there job. I highly do not recommend but go at your own risk. I only gave this place a star because I had to to be able to write the review. If you are looking for a family fun restaurant look elsewhere. I brought my son with me to my birthday dinner . The waitress was unfriendly to our table. Was seen laughing and talking with other tables and refused to make conversation with us. We had to stare down the manager to get a refill on drinks. We ordered as soon as we sat down. My sons food was brought out cold. Other tables who arrived after us were served before us. While waiting almost 30 minutes for the check my son became upset. The table next to us proceeded to turn around and asked me to shut my kid up. While this is going on our waitress didn't miss a beat with the fellow table and we were still waiting for the check with an upset child. After paying our party was outside talking about the incident and saying goodbye when the fellow table came out and continued to comment on my child's behavior. My son is newly one. My family has been coming to this location for over 30 years. Sadly we will not be returning due to the service and the lack of kid friendly atmosphere. I have been a total of three times. The first time we came with some close friends and it was an enjoyable experience. The following two time we came it was horrible. The one time the orders were incorrect multiple times, but we didn't bother after the second mistake. The final time we were sat in the upstairs portion and where the only ones seemed there at first. They forgot that they sat us there until they brought another party up, which was much larger. After that point they focused almost exclusively on that large party, leaving us feeling unappreciated as patrons. The over all trip that final visit took about two hours between the delays after seating to taking order, delay in receiving the cold (supposed to be hot) very small portioned meals and then the delay in both brining and collecting the bill.

To be fair, this experience was a couple years ago and may not reflect how they currently operate, and may have been the most atypical off-chance experience, but it was enough for us to say that we will not be back to this location for quite a while. Willing to go to others, and maybe in time even return to this location...
