They messed up my coffee order. I went back in nicely to just let them know that half and half is a creamer and not half decaf half regular. I have never heard of someone making their coffee half decalf, half regular. Anyway, the manager said "it's not our fault you should have let us know." Well, I assume because you are a coffee shop you will know what a customer means by half and half. Anyway, I didn't say anything to her when she responded to me that way, I just asked if she can remake it. After remaking it she shoves it on the other side without informing me, and no straw. I had to lean over and grab the straw- the way they had the area set up for covid-19 it was hard to reach the straw. After telling my husband what the manager said he was a little upset with the rude service and called the store to grab the managers name. She refused to give her name and said she's not going to give her name unless we tell her what's the problem. We said nicely that we had a poor service and would like to report it which is why we wanted the name, she said "I'm not going to give you the name,is it because of the coffee." We said yes and then we said don't worry we will reach out to corporate I'm sure they can figure who the manager on staff was on 04/26/20. It was a Hispanic woman. Very poor service! I work in retail as well and I know what accountability means. If someone is asking for the managers name and you know you didn't do anything wrong why not give out the name? Read moreI've been visiting this Dunkin' location daily for the past month, hoping for a positive experience, but unfortunately, my encounters with the staff have been consistently unprofessional and disappointing. Communication has been a major hurdle, as Nada seems to have difficulty understanding English. Once, I simply requested a cup holder, and she handed me a cup of water instead – a clear indication of the miscommunication issue.
Moreover, the service quality doesn't end there. Despite ordering plain stuffed bagels, they are consistently served without being warmed up. It's frustrating when a simple request isn't fulfilled correctly. The coffee cups are another issue, as they consistently leak coffee, leaving my car in a constant mess.
I'd like to mention one staff member, Sam, who does understand English well, but even she managed to mess up my order. These repeated instances of subpar service are tarnishing the reputation of the Dunkin' brand. While Dunkin' may not be known for extravagance, the poor service from the staff here is bringing the brand's name down even further.
I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the quality of service at this location. Customers deserve a better experience, and it's disheartening to witness the potential of a well-known brand being overshadowed by such shortcomings in service.

Read moreI went to Dunkin for a coffee. Ordered a Caramel Macchiato and when I received my drink it was milk and coffee no caramel. When I turned around to get it fixed all they did was put caramel in it. First off that is a health concern as we had already tried to coffee and they went ahead and added caramel then stirred it with the spoon they use to mix all coffees then placed the spoon back into the container where they use it on the next drink. Second the fact that it was not good would warrant them to remake the drink properly and not just add flavor. The service I was provided when I returned was all but professional. in addition I had paid cash for the drink and they refused to hand me a receipt. When I returned to the store the lady sighed when I handed her back the drink then after she added the caramel she handed it back and said there is that better. I have emailed customer service about the incident and they said we need a receipt to prove the purchase. The employee refused to give me the receipt and now I have no proof. This seems to be a new way to cheat people out of their hard earned money if you ask me. Always demand a receipt from this location even if you are just going to throw it away and test your drink before pulling away...
