Mov 4pm only two cars ahead of us. We've been here for 18 minutes still have not made it to the window to get our food. We've been waiting probably 10 minutes behind one car at the window.

If you go to this location, be prepared to wait

October 2022 update only one car ahead of me from the drive-through speaker. Only took 23 minutes to get two tacos. Watched multiple vehicles behind me. Pull over the curb to get out of the drive-thru line.

Sit in the Drive-Thru behind seven cars that I can see for over 20 minutes with another six cars behind me we don't move at all I end up getting out of my vehicle to tell the people behind me to back out so I can leave the people in front of me start yelling the same thing they called found out only two people are working so the six or seven cars in front of me backed out and left also I'm not quite sure how a company functions under this presidency

Usually the service here is pretty good. Usually I get my order in a timely fashion (between 2-5 minutes after ordering). Well tonight the service was horrible. I ordered my food at around 9:45pm, there was 3 cars in front of me, which is no problem as its a pretty popular place, especially at night. I pull up to the window around 9:47, and waited for my food. I generally keep an eye on the timer, which is above the pop fountain. Keep in mind, the timer goes from green to red after 2 minutes 30 seconds, well by the time I got there, the timer read about 2:45.

Got my drinks right away and then just waited for the food. Like I've said, the order is usually completed within 5 minutes of ordering, and its not even that complicated of an order; its always a number 7 chicken quesadilla, soft shell taco no lettuce and a mountain dew, extra soft shell no lettuce and this time a number 4 Mexican Pizza and pepsi. I've ordered this before, when its been this busy and got it within 5 minutes after ordering. It took well over 10 minutes to get my order, timer said 10:30 when I got my food, and the kid put the bag over the receipt and didn't even bother giving that to me, nor did he bother apologizing for the extra time to give me the order. Top of that, the food was pretty cold.

I ordered through the mobile app. Usually my complaint is about way too much taco sauce given when I only request 5 or 6 packets. Today they didn't even put any in my bag. When I went to get my drink, one fountain head unit that dispenses 4 flavors was all coming out syrup. I had to request my soda from the machine at the drive thru. One thing that caught my attention was the young female manager who had a face mask on counting money and laying in directly on the counter. Being in food service operations for many years, money should never counted in customer view, let alone in reach of someone grabbing it all and running. This should be addressed by the owners...
