You know what,I went into your store just now this morning at 5:30 a.m. there's nothing else open in this neighborhood that I can go to as a bus driver. So I went ahead and went to your store. The food was good The service was kind and fast. I appreciate that part of it. I must say though Your policy on not using the restroom is not appropriate. The restroom should be able to be used by paying customers. I don't see your staff spraying down the card readers that we used to pay for our food after I leave or after the customer before me. I also don't see them wiping down the door handles both going in and out as customers come and go. I don't see your staff doing any of those things. Also there's trash outside of your store several cups sitting by the front door several of them sitting around the front corner of the store and trash along the side of your building. So my opinion is at this hour in the morning you should have a nice clean store people should be allowed to use the restroom. I'm a bus driver and I believe that you should possibly consider making some concessions for those of us who are out here doing what we have to do to take care of the public at this time.also don't advise your staff to say sorry when they have a perfectly good bathroom that they can use. It's just an insult to say sorry and let you leave the store knowing that you have to use the restroom. An absolute insult. I know they're really not sorry about having to stop people from use the restroom.I would rather them say our restrooms not in use at this time due to covid, rather than to apologize intelligent people know they're not...
Read moreI have been to this Starbucks many times, more out of it being closer than other and because it has cushioned seating where you can sit without the wooden chairs hurting my back and butt, after long periods of studying and, pretending to be a corporate big shot who weaes a Bluetooth set, walking around, speaking to his business associates, IN A LOUD VOICE, so everyone can see how "IMPORTANT I am" disrupting any peacful thing about having coffee, about TPX reports or having some loud chick, with a designer dog, with pink hair, be as loud as she can about "Cosplay" and "relationship advice" and attention loving without having employees doing anything to consider the other patrons and their SB experience. Lakeville suburbs? living the dream,.or whatever, and have have a drive-thru line a dozen cars long because drive-thru takes precedence over walk-ins. However; I will really not try to come here anymore because of being treated rudely, and being told in a indirect way of the MN passive-aggrrssive "nice" that because I am not uppity or dress in nice clothes, or don't order fast enough or because I am "weird" for wanting a bagel toasted, not warmed, and don't want to be upselled on the cream cheese today, that I belong in an Urban, inner-city SB. Starbucks has...
Read moreI am a regular Starbucks costumer and can not believe my experience with this stubucks tonight. I ordered 2 trenta's both lite ice one sweet vanilla cream cold brew, the other a Carmel macchiato. I then waited about 15 minutes to get my coffee which was totally fine because I knew that they were closing soon anyway. When I got my coffee they were DIFFERNT SIZES and I also realized that I had not received my receipt. I just wanted to make sure that I had at least not been charged for the larger size considering I paid $11 for my coffee. I tried to get the attention from the window but the workers all walked away. so I drove to the front of the store and saw one of the workers come over and lock the door as I was pulling up. I walked to the front of the door and knocked made eye contact with one of the workers held up my two drinks and the worker proceeded to turn around and go back into the office. Both drinks didn't even taste like there was any coffee in them. Very disappointed that I paid for more coffe then I bought , never received a receipt, waited almost 15 minutes for two coffees that tatsed like straight creamer. Just to be ignored by the staff that clearly saw me at the window and at the front door. Sad for...
