Customer service was great. As a matter of fact it was amazing. The food, however, was barely mediocre. The pizza crust was really good, but the pepperoni was really oily and greasy as hell. The cheese pizza was good as well, but had to use several napkins to take all the oil off the top just like the pepperoni pizza. The Greek salad wasn't very Greek. It was simply overloaded with olives and soggy feta cheese. The chicken parmigiana was barely existent since it had practically no taste. Maybe people in this area like this place because it has very little to offer to the palate. Maybe their clientele prefers a more blend menu than what Texas is used to, and that's fine. Just tell the rest of us before we pay for mediocrity. We felt cheated from taste. I feel if I'm going to put this much fat in my body, it better be well worth it, and this was far from worth it. For the first time ever, we left uneaten pizza behind, and that should be a crime. It saddens me to say that although they have great patio views, we will never return. Maybe it's just not for us. Thank you Craigo's. I order from your restaurant a lot because it's always good but tonight we decided maybe we would mix it up. I call around and even though two other places we were thinking about say they closed at 9:00, they told us they stopped taking orders at 8:10. Another one closed at 8:00. Even got attitude from one of the other restaurants. Forget it. Sure enough I call up your location and speak to a guy I believe named Adam C. at 8:30. You're listing also says you close at 9:00. He says absolutely we're open what can I do for you. Wow. It's not very hard other restaurants !! Last name definitely began with a C. And he was super polite, well-spoken. What a difference.

By the way if you haven't had the wings from CraigO's before, they're remarkably solid. They must brine them or something because they always come right off the bone.

I have dined at this restaurant several times and I have never had any problems. The food is delicious and service was good/okay until today. I had called in to go order. They got my order wrong and the guy with curly dark hair at the counter didn't even apologize and acted annoyed by it when I brought it to his attention. I was apologizing instead of him even though it wasn't my fault.

The food I ordered comes with a bag of chips. I asked where the chips were and he said it was inside the foam container. I find disgusting. I feel that is a very unsanitary procedure. “My food was not completely wrap.” I had to throw out all the food that came in contact with the chip bag. There is not telling how many people may have sneezed, cough, and touched with filthy hands that chips bag before it got put on...
