Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Lakeway

My wife was there with my 9 month old daughter and 8 year old son they ordered their food and ate their meal. My wife who is a business owner took a very important phone call for work which lasted about 15 minutes.. After the call a teenage employee came up to my wife and said that she has been inside the store for a long time and if she wasn't going to order more food she needed to leave with the kids. The kids were not doing anything wrong nor was my wife. It's sad a family can't even sit down and enjoy a meal anymore. We live in Lakeway and are long time residents, we have loved canes and have never received this treatment from any type of restaurant employee.

I hope the staff feels ashamed for kicking out paying customers just because they were there...

I had the pleasure of being helped by Bryce Gillespie at Canes, and I just have to say she is absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked in, Bryce greeted me with a warm smile and made sure my order was taken care of quickly and accurately. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, offering recommendations and making me feel like a valued customer.

Her professionalism, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail really stood out. It's clear that Bryce is a dedicated and hardworking employee who genuinely cares about providing great service. Canes is lucky to have her on their team. I look forward to returning, and I hope Bryce is there to help again!

My husband and I went to Cane's at 8pm on saturday evening. The guy who took our order was so pleasant and friendly and made sure we got everything we wanted and needed. He seemed like he actually cared and that felt nice, especially at a fast food restaurant nowadays. Our food came out quickly and it was absolutely delicious. We had been looking forward to this meal as we don't have Raising Cane's in WA. 6 piece chicken finger meal between my husband and I was the perfect amount to not stuff ourselves. The chicken was crispy and juicy and absolutely tasty. I highly recommend going here and hopefully you receive the amazing customer service and delicious food...
