I came to Arby's because as an ex employee I know how great and healthy the food can be. I now have celiac and am very sensitive to gluten. I also found out I have a dairy allergy that is shy of deadly. I was visiting my parents as I now live in Colorado springs. I have been going to this Arby's my whole life. This was the worst and more horrific experience I have had at a restaurant ever. My Mother went first and ordered for her and my father. Then I order just the roast beef in a bowl and the Reuben meat in a bowl and explained my dietary issues. As we waited they gave my mom two bags. She couldnt remember if she remembered to order fries and asked if she had and the manage "Dallas" or some name with a "D" slid a bag at her and aggressively said "have a great night mame!" Had my moms other bags and hand not been there the bag would have gone off the counter. So I was already mad. Then no one making my food put on new gloves. I was willing to let that go. One guy made the roast beef in a bowl. Then this same manager "D" whatever made a full Reuben sandwich even though I heard a triple confirmation of no bun. Then the cashier said "No, its says no bun and he has severe allergies" This manager got mad and tried to just open the sandwich with sauce and bun and everything to take the meat out. I said "Sorry you have to start over" and again agressive as all hell through his teeth he says "of coarse sir!!" And slams the sandwich into a trash bin. But because he didnt change his gloves when I got home there was enough stuff from other sandwiches and the Reuben he made I couldnt eat the meat anyway. The whole restaurant is looking me like I'm crazy. My parents were appalled. I didnt ask for my health issues and dietary issues. And just because you dont think they are real doesnt make them go away. I have worked in customer service in every capacity. Whether you like or agree with a customer they are there for you to serve them and pay your paycheck. This manager need therapy and help. If you cant handle the public get a different job. I will...
Read moreSandy Kerns, one of our valued Chicken Soup and Angels' volunteers, may NOT have salt or corn syrups or heavy fats. She loves your curly fries..but we ALL loved your potato cakes best!. Anywho, I asked Exavier for no added salt. What I was going to serve Sandy upon my arrival back at our Saturday night planning meeting was totally unacceptable for a hardworking tutoring volunteer. The young man seemed rather distracted, distant, unsmiling and very tired perhaps. Cheer up, kiddo. Your best years are yet to come. Also, NEVER serve assertive, low-income volunteer Team Leaders the dead barely lukewarm dregs of the curly fry's tub again. Everyone deserves far better than this. I brought them back inside and returned them to Exavier personally. "You may keep these dregs of the curly fries." I had to tell him twice. Not even a So Sorry, Ma'am. Nada. Blank. Hmmm... 🤔. What a waste of potatoes. I wish that Kayla had been working tonight. She seemed to take pride in what she put into last week's bag. I plan to white lie to Sandy. Horrors! An Arby's RAN OUT of your Curlies...,Sandy!!! She gave me permission to have a few..yuck. more like partial curves of broken fries..not hot at all. I really do hope that the rest of our order..4 kinds of sandwiches, 8 in total, is far better than those fries ever were. Sorry 😔.. Not Sorry 😐. The worst potato experience since before Covid. MITZABRACKAFRACKER. Enjoy each marvelous day now, Exavier and...
Read moreTerrible experience! While the food was ok, thats not what i was judging in this case. The service was absolutely terrible! The first thing I see when I walk in was a worker trying to wave away a car pulling into the drive through so she didn't have to serve them, next she started to sing about how if she was rich she wouldn't be working at Arby's. If you do not like working there, quit! Second, there was another worker who had pulled their phone out a total of 5 times during my visit. Are you being paid to text? If she didn't have anything to do she could've cleaned up all the trash on their floor, or maybe cleaned the soda machines that were sticky and gross, instead this girl is being paid to be on her phone. Meanwhile, who I assumed was the manager, stood there and just socialized with the workers instead of being a manager and directing his team to make his customers experience better. I think whoever manages this region of the company is failing at their job, as well as the manager of this location. I've had a terrible experience at this location and do not plan on returning to any Arby's chain. I will continue to tell family and friends about terrible experience I had here, because I do not give my money to a business that doesn't take there customers seriously. Your company needs to learn how to be more friendly to there customers and focus on some sort of workflow to keep the...
