I just left Chili Shack for my first time. It was great at first, but when we walked up there was a younger boy who didn’t even know how to work putting in orders. Then we left started eating our food I paid the $8.00 for the asada fries and sour cream. They charged me for sour cream when it is on the menu and I didn’t get that. Next we ordered a couple more items with chicharrons a hamburger and bean burrito. The hamburger didn’t have the chicharron we went back because they charged us for it. When we arrived I told them what was going on, I took all my food back up. I asked for a refund and then the girl asked for my food back after it was already ate and touched. This is why I’m writing the review. Why would any food establishment want food back if it had been touched and aten especially with the virus going on. Then she said well you have a choice the money and our food back or keep what you have and no refund or we will make you another. I just tried to make sense why make a whole new hamburger when we just wanted a refund and we would gladly just finish what we already been eating. Then they went to say well we aren’t CHUBBYS! Read moreMy last review was 2 years ago, I ordered the chicken tacos and I was happy, but the next time I ordered it was not the same. I haven't ordered anything since then because it's not good anymore. On top of that my husband orders the same burrito at least 2 times a week and he is never happy because it's always missing something, either the onions or chili, or cheese, always missing something, this week He ordered his regular beef burrito with onions cheese and chilli, now how hard is that, but they gave him a burrito with only beef, so this time we took it back, we got their and the man accused us of wanting free food, even though we had the product and the receipt. And then he gave us a new burrito but guess what, it was still wrong. He also said that people were being the food back lately saying it was made wrong. It's not fair that we as customers have to beware of who's cooking and who's working that day to make sure the food is as it should be and not what the cook of the day want it to be, follow the recipe, it's not that hard, Chili Shack Owners need to get it together before you lose it. Read moreI Placed an order of 26 breakfast burritos on Wednesday (3/3/21) I asked to have them made next day by 9AM for a meeting I had at 10AM. I paid for the order on Wednesday 3/3/21 a total of $182.56.
Next day I arrive and order had not been made or started. I asked to get my money refunded and the lady working there said she wasn’t authorized to do refunds. She called the “owner” and told me to wait for the “owner”. It’s 9:45AM and still nothing back I told her I had a meeting and had to leave but I would be back. I had to Leave for my meeting and pick something else up for my staff. I came back the same day around 1PM (3/4/21) the same girls was working the register and remembered me. Apparently the “owner” never showed up so she called him again. She said he wanted my name phone number and total because he would be refunding me and giving me a call. I wrote down my name and both my company number and personal number. Now 3/17/21 still have not received a call from the “owner” and my company credit card cycle is due on the 20th and no refund has been received. I will just have my credit card company dispute this charge. This situation was handled very poorly by the business and it shows the “Owner” has no care for the business...
