I still cannot believe that a coffee shop can have such incredibly wonderful food! And, great coffee too!! To add wonderful to that it's open 24 hours a day.
Currently, this Denny's has a top notch waitress, her name is "Norma", this lady has a great attitude very experienced and she gets your order perfect every single time. Norma, works the night shift, so we always ask for her section. My favorite is any of their grilled sandwiches like their patty melt or the new slow roasted melted beef sandwich. The way they grill the bread is a slight crisp on the outside and wonderful on the inside. The meat in both of these sandwiches is incredible. They did get rid of the Pot Roast Sandwich which was awesome sounds disgusting but it was terrific. The slow roasted melted beef "shown only" on the "daytime menu", but served all the time has beef in it that literally melts in your mouth every time I get it. Of course, you know how great the breakfasts are, but, did you know that the new grilled spicy chicken sandwich is heaven!! I have trouble eating french fries they have to be scalding hot or I can't swallow them LOL. When I go to Denny's on East Carson Street and Paramount, I can eat their french fries when they're barely warm!! What's with that?? This shows that their french fries are so far ahead of other FF say at: McDonald's, Del Taco Etc.
I know this is a long post but, I am here to help you aren't I?? So, they're cheeseburgers are to die for, made with a high quality meat that you can taste. Last of all, you've got to have their New York cheesecake or one of their milk shakes. I take my NY Cheesecake home, because I'm too full, and I have them put the strawberries and sauce in a little cup so it doesn't make the cheesecake soggy. Their NY Cheesecake is a 10. Go get...
Read moreI visit this Denny’s a lot, the gentleman’s that work there are ALWAYS pleasant. On Thursday, 12/5 I made my normal call to order my grandsons breakfast, plain kids pancakes, the lady who I later found out was Olga asked me if I just ordered French toast, I said no, I’m calling to order pancakes, again she asked if I just called and ordered French toast, again, I said no I need pancakes, she hung up on me, I called right back and said I just called to order pancakes and someone hung up on me, the employee, Olga said you didn’t call for French toast, I asked her what is going with this French toast, why do you guys keep asking me about French toast, I’m trying to order the kids pancakes, I stated I will try and call another day when the guys are, Olga hung up in my face. I drove up there and spoke with her about their treatment of someone who is a good customer, tips every time I place a order, and that’s when I found out it was Olga, when I stated the first time someone hung up, Olga then said she answered the second time, I told her she hung up in my face the second time, then she said oh no I answered the first time, I told her she answered both times and instead of taking my answer when I said I did NOT just call for French toast, r I kept being hung up on. I did let her know I will not be returning, if I have to drive further away I will do so, that was very unprofessional of them. I also asked for a manger and was told...

I’ve always enjoyed Denny’s for its classic comfort food and laid-back atmosphere, but what truly keeps me coming back time and time again is one very special reason: Marcy, the sweetest and most attentive waitress I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.
Every time I walk through those doors, Marcy greets me with the warmest smile and a hug that feels like a reunion with an old friend. Her genuine kindness, caring nature, and positive energy are absolutely contagious. She doesn’t just take my order – she checks in on how I’m doing, listens, and truly makes me feel like a valued guest every single time.
Marcy goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my meal. She never hesitates when I ask to customize my order – and I mean everything. Whether it’s swapping sides, mixing menu items, or adjusting how things are cooked, she always makes it happen with a smile. Her attention to detail and willingness to make everything just right is unmatched.
Honestly, it’s not just about the food anymore – it’s about the experience. Marcy is the heart of this Denny’s, and seeing her is the highlight of my visits. She turns a simple meal into something special, and I can't thank her enough for that.
