A good take-out or delivery pizza place that could deal with a better level of service. The pizza itself was well-received by everyone in my house, even by people who don't like the toppings I chose to get. Even after receiving it late (see below) and a 45 minute trek home, everyone commented on how the crust was crispy on the bottom and the distribution of toppings was excellent. I will absolutely order from them again based on their food taste and quality. For the service though: I was on my way by this restaurant that I had seen before and wanted to investigate, when I had some time to stop and check it out. I was a walk-in and I had to stand for a few minutes without being acknowledged. I was told 15 minutes to wait after I finally got to order. I took that opportunity to examine another restaurant nearby, and came back about 10 minutes later. I walked back in, and although I was acknowledged, I told them I was all set and just waiting. A minute or two later, the employee that took my original order left with a delivery - I even held the door for him - and from that point, I was basically ignored. I had a TV show pulled up on my phone and so didn't pay much attention to the time, until I realized I had finished the video and still had no pizza. I double checked the time I had ordered since I get a notification when my credit card is charged, and it had been nearly 40 minutes, so I got someone's attention, who asked me what the name on my order was again. I told him, he went around the corner, came back in under a minute with my warm - not hot and fresh - pizza, saying "we just finished cutting it." As soon as I touched the box, I knew that it had been sitting in it for at least 15 minutes based on the temperature and condition of the cardboard (it breaks down a bit when steam assails it for a while, you know?) and quickly left without even asking if they delivered to my neighborhood because of how annoyed I was, especially at being lied to. I find it insulting to my intelligence when someone lies to me when there's obvious evidence to the contrary between us, but I suppose they were trying to save face. I walked out, saying to myself that it better be good pizza to make up for them not simply telling me they forgot I was waiting for my order and trying to avoid having to give an apology or free food. Fortunately for them, their food was good enough to convince me I should probably go again. I will be cautious when I return, and another service falldown like that might send me back to my local chain pizza joint, but I will admit that they do have an excellent product. I hope others have better service...
Read moreAfter seeing how DISGUSTING & UNPROFESSIONAL this place of business runs (not the first time either) I'd rather not order here ever again I totally get that me not returning doesn't inconvenience them much but people should definitely be aware of how their food is being prepared....Upon arrival I was quickly greeted by a young man who has not been pleasant in previous times of placing orders. He recognized me and quickly began walking about the establishment pretending to be busy with other tasks. I continued to wait to actually be helped, while watching several employees touch their hair, faces, clothing, eating out of bins all while making people's orders with no gloves on. Only one of the employees making food was wearing gloves 🤮. I was finally helped by a nice delivery driver, but while he was getting my order there was a girl on the phone who upon hanging up shouted very loudly "OKAY SO WE'RE NEVER TAKING HIS ORDER AGAIN!!". She then proceeded to talk trash about person she was on the phone with who apparently had a issue with ordering, she made it a point to let everyone hear her rant including the customers waiting to pick up their orders(no one stopped her either). The delivery man finally had my order together he was so nice to apologize for the unprofessional behavior of the staff as well as the grossness of the food preparation. He reiterated that he was only a delivery driver and not a manager, finally I'm paying for my order as another employee(just so happened to be the one who was eating food from the bins also without gloves) was on the other phone explaining pricing to the customer on the phone with the most horrible attitude not only in her voice but her body language as well she was rolling her eyes and being quite rude in her way of "explaining". I politely told the delivery driver who helped me that I'm sorry he works in a place ran by children and apparently adults that just don't care and promptly left. Don't get me wrong the food was yummy but after seeing how food is made and the store is ran it's just not...
Read moreTo start, read the higher rated reviews and you'll see some of those even admit that customer service is poor. Some agree the pizza rolls aren't bad but the pizza is... meh.
Summary:

Details:
Friends and I decided to order from here for the first time. Review count + average seemed promising. We ordered two pizzas, breadsticks, pizza rolls and wings.
Food was done on time (we picked it up) but we found out later once we got back home that they didn't give us any wings (but charged for them/we tipped on them). When calling them, the first girl said she'd give us 20 wings (not 10) if we came back. Being that it would be another 30 mins of driving there and back, I asked for some sort of discount. That was denied. She also got her manager on the phone who then denied a discount and said 10 extra wings weren't possible because "it was too expensive." In the end, I called back and just asked them to deliver them, which they did in a reasonable time (30-40 mins?). Customer service was 3/10, even before this (whoever picked up the phone to take orders should not work the phones) and the quality was over-hyped. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, but it definitely wasn't great. Pizza rolls were pretty solid but the actual pizzas were 5/10.
The review about no gloves and being a bit dirty is definitely true, but that didn't really shock me. You can see for yourself if you go there and watch them make everything. Lol I figured all of the bacteria would burn off anyway but cleanliness isn't at the top of the priority list.
Would I go back?... probably not. Is it horrible? No. Should you try it? If you're close by, ok with the lack of gloves, and in a time crunch/don't want to cook, sure. Just don't expect the greatest customer service and have them check your...
