RACIST. So tonight me and my friends went in for food, i called ahead of time to see if the lobby was open because my friend needed to use the bathroom, the man on the phone said yes but it will be closing soon because over half of his staff called off. Fine okay i was at the 7 eleven right next to it i can get there in two seconds literally. So we get there lobby is still open and there is still other people eating inside, so rather than go in and come back out to go through the drive through we did our order inside on the kiosk. No harm it was still open. We placed our orders and the man comes out from behind the counter and puts a sign that says lobby closed on the door. Not the first door outside where you should put it and LOCK the door which is what should have been done, but the second door on the inside that you have to go through. So a second couple walks in (hispanic so what does it matter) and didnt see the sign im sorry i wouldnt have either a tiny peice of computer paper on the second door, the man came over and said the most racist disrespectful thing to everyone in the store. He was standing there yelling “DOES ANYONE HERE KNOW SPANISH, IS THAT WHAT I HAVE TO DO WRITE IT IN SPANISH SO YOU CAN UNDERSTAND IT AND READ THE SIGN” okay i understand you may be upset but do better! put a sign on both doors for one and dont be disrespectful like that kindly tell them that the lobby is closed but the drive through is open but instead you feel the need to yell comments like this to the entire store. I dont know what your postion is manager, shift supervisor or whatever THATS NOT HOW YOU ACT, THATS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS. Some things may be frustrating but come on this is your job. And you better believe i recorded it too. And then he proceeds to tell us “oh and orders (calls out our order numbers) i hope you know your going to be waiting for a loonnnggg time because i have people in the drive through right now and thats who im taking first” GREAT THANK YOU, PERSONALLY I DONT CARE WHO YOU TAKE FIRST, I WAS HERE WHILE THE LOBBY WAS OPEN NOW IM JUST WAITING CUT YOUR DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE. I will NEVER eat at this place again i dont care how far i have to drive to get to a different mcdonalds because this whole experience was terrible. I will not recommend it to ANYBODY and i will be sure to show them the video aswell because i dont want my friends or family to go to a place with such hateful people as workers to eat. Read moreWhen I called and asked to speak to a manager in regards to no toys being in either kids meal and both kid meals were made incorrectly and my husband frappe was made incorrectly when I called and spoke to the manager she acted as if I was bothering her because they were busy and I said well I've already paid my money so I think I deserve at least the attention to get the problem corrected and she said well if you want to bring it back I'll replace I said I'm in the middle of eating my food and I already had to give my kids something else because they screwed up both my kids is meals I would like to come in tomorrow and get it fixed so that I don't have to eat a cold dinner and she again got rude with me she said that that was fine and when I asked for her name I was hung up on I called back immediately another manager answered the phone same rude attitude and when I ask what that manager's name was who previously answered the phone she told me she didn't know and I said you work there you're answering the phone and you don't know your manager's name no but we're busy we really don't have time to deal with this and hung up on me so I proceeded to go there and was lied to again the first manager who answered the phone when told I was there ignored me the entire time told the other manager to deal with it and when she came over she had an attitude because she was the second manager to answer the phone and the entire time was laughing when I'm asking is this appropriate behavior for a manager to have with its customers an then finally the other girl came over still said nothing and they both just stood there laughing even though I told them that I was going to get a hold of the district manager and inform them of the incident and I took pictures because the restaurant was completely filthy and yes they were a little bit busy but obviously not busy enough said it's one of the managers who was preparing the bags was just standing there not doing anything to help things move faster just kept yelling at her employees to move faster I was completely appalled by this entire occurrence and I will be attaching the photos of the completely...
Read moreWent through the drive through with a mobile app order. 3 happy meals and two adult meals. Got the drinks at the window and was asked to pull around the bldg to a specific pickup parking spot to wait for the food.
The spot was taken by an empty car. 7 mins later an employee came out with the 3 happy meals and was understandably perplexed by the empty car in the spot he where the food was supposed to go. I got him flagged down, but after getting the kids' meals he gave the standard 'have a good night' kinda farewell clearly unaware there was more to the order. I specified what was missing and he even took a picture of the order.
It was quite busy, and I was trying to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt... but after 18 min and seeing the kid who brought the happy meals casually walking by on his phone a few times I lost hope for the rest of our food being on its way.
So I went inside and found other frustrated people waiting, people returning incorrect orders, invisible confusion and disorder behind the counter. Fast forward through more waiting to get somebody's attention, and I eventually found the sandwiches from our order in the hidden pickup area, but still missing fries. After another few mins waiting for fries (because another customer's order for two basic coffees was an apparent challenge) I finally left 35 minutes after giving the pre-paid mobile order code.
Getting home, I found the two happy meal burgers and one nugget happy meal turned into one burger and two nugget meals with the burger being all wrong. Extra fries were also ordered on 2 of the happy meals, and apple slices were received on all three. The spouse's burger was entirely wrong, they were out of chocolate milk, they substituted sipping lids for the drinks presumably due to being out of straw lids. I would have received food faster at a sit-down restaurant. All in, this was a big miss. Can't tell if management doesn't have it together, it it's a training issue, or they're struggling to get employees to care about earning their $20/hr. Combination?
