Update 7.17.25 - taking away 2 stars for my latest experience...I no longer place any order at the restaurant. I use the mobile app to order and pay before I even get to the parking lot, which I've been doing since the app became available. Using the app USUALLY speeds up the entire process so all I have to do is tell the drive-thru attendant the 4 digit code and wait my turn. Simple process. This time, when I get to the 2nd window for my food, they asked me to park and they would bring my order out. 2 McChicken, large fry and a large sweet tea. When I park, there are 2 other vehicles waiting for their food. Employee comes out with 2 bags and doesn't know who's is whose and asks what they had and what I had. He hands be a bag that has a small fry, a double cheeseburger and a McChicken and says he'll be right back with my large fry. When he comes back, I realized the bag he gave me belongs to the car next to me. I give him the bag back and wait for mine to be brought out. 17 min is how long it took from the time on my receipt to the time the for was in my hands. 17 min after I placed the order and paid for it using the app. 17 min is longer than the time it takes to get food at a sit down restaurant. At the most, a chicken patty takes 4 min in the fryer, fries are 3 maybe 3.5 min. 17 min is more than half of a lunch break for a lot of people. The girl who had to bring my order out did say sorry and I know it wasn't her fault. She most likely didn't have any idea I waited that long. 17 min seems like an eternity when you're waiting for your FAST FOOD order, while parked, with your vehicle running and wasting gas (and time)! If service is better next time, I'll update this review. Though it may be a long time before I am willing to try this location again.
This is one of the busier McDonald's west of Denver, so the food is always fresh and hot. Service is much better compared to other locations. We drive past 2 other McDonald's just to go to this one because our overall visit is so much better than what we experience at the...
Read moreThere is no outdoor seating as pictured, even in the summer. On this rare visit (due to past experience at this location) I discovered that there are now locks on the bathrooms and they won't give you the code. They tell you (after you are already paying customers who spent over $30 collectively) that they will "buzz you in" then they take their sweet time doing it. They are so unfriendly to the homeless that they alienate actual customers. This was after being extremely impatient with my legally blind father who took an extra few minutes to maneuver the debit card machine. There was no one else in line the lady was just appallingly rude to an obviously disabled customer. The food was worse than typical of McDonald's, it was chosen out of location and convenience rather than quality but even still our hash browns were soggy from having been pulled early (the whole experience seemed so rushed like they couldn't get us out fast enough) and the biscuits were underdone as well. Which says a lot considering the last thing that they do before they give a biscuit to you is microwave it. We were waiting for a family member to come through a medical procedure and preferred breakfast and waiting at McDonald's for the conclusion of the procedure rather than the hospital but when we got refills and sat back down an employee told us that we were at the end of our "30 minute seating limit" for dine in customers. We have never felt so unwelcome anywhere in our combined lives. If I could give this location NO...
Read moreI love McDonald’s and I am incredibly appreciative of Helen who works here.
McDonald’s actually means a lot to me. I grew up poor and whenever we would eat McDonalds, it was such a treat! I only ever ordered the $1 McChicken because I knew our family didn’t have money. My dad loves the Filet-O-Fish and now that I’m older, it’s kind of the only sandwich I get now! I can afford it now too!
I have so many meaningful memories around McDonalds. One of my best friends and I went on a road trip once and we had THE BEST and CRISPIEST MOIST nuggets in all of our lives and it just blew our minds.
Well, at this McDonald’s, Helen provided me with the BEST FILET-O-FISH I’ve ever had. I was flabbergasted. Absolutely shocked. I never knew a Filet-O-Fish could taste that freaking good!!! Are you kidding me!!!! I’ve been eating this sandwich forever and somehow Helen made it shine like it never had before. I cannot wait to bring my dad here so he can try this sandwich. THANK YOU HELEN!!!
AND SHE ALWAYS SERVES ME NUGGETS THAT ARE SOOO GOOD. It’s as good as it can possibly get, I swear.
I do not know how Helen is running the ship so well that I’m left raving about how good my food is every time Helen is in the house. She is absolutely amazing. I just want to give her the biggest hug for adding to my cherished memories of McDonald’s.
To be honest, sometimes the food sucks when she...
