I wouldn't have rated this place 1 star if I could. I'm very disappointed and will never ever come back to this location. I waited 30+ minutes to get my order. There were many managers there 1 manager was apologizing to people foe their 5-10 min wait offered them whatever off the menu and me I didn't even get an apology! I was so upset I didn't want to cause a scene or ruin my kids night so I grabbed our food went back to the table and let them eat. I wrote a review with the code on my receipt and it took them to receive my comment to finally apologize. I apprieciate her approaching me but the way she did was a little rude. "Well I'm offering you a desert because you're mad and left a bad comment" lol damn it wasnt even sincere!!! I ended up leaving another comment online hoping to get through to someone else. I felt like I was treated with total disrespect well today a week later the same manager called me back and was pretty much wanting an argument because I left a comment. She mentioned me being a single mother and why I wanted to go somewhere else when they are offering free deserts. 1st of all I am a single mother and what I do with my money is my business. She wouldn't let me speak she basically was making me feel bad because of what they've done to me. I'm sorry but $1 desserts mean nothing to me. I chose to support and spend my money on your restaurant and I got treated very very bad. She couldn't even offer to bring me back and make it up shes just mad about my comments not about making it right. In all honesty a sincere apology would have been great. She wasn't sincere about anything. Not only that my food was cold yet they are serving these other people with fresh food. My big Mac was pretty much a bun and a very thin hamburger patty. Read moreUpdate: They are theives!! Awful customer service. Manager, said it was Estevan, was cocky, unprofessional and rude. Not even sure he is a manager and if he is, worst attitude. They made us wait 10 minutes and didn't even give us our entire order! When I called to complain, the employee who answered starting laughing and everyone in the background laughed hysterically as if they anticipated my call. Asked for the GM and he couldn't even provide a name. How do you not know who your GM is?! Gave me a number, I'm unsure was even correct! Bet they don't even care that they lost a customer! And no refund! Out of all the times they have screwed up orders, the one time I actually complain and that is how I'm treated! I'm appalled by the amount of unprofessionalism that occurred. This location is hit or miss, mostly miss most days. It is an incredibly busy location so I would expect better customer service and quality. You sit in line forever and they never offer anything else to you to show they care that you waited. You wait and your fries are still soggy or stale and only 1/2 full. Good customer service would be overfilling those fries a bit a good gesture. The staff is usually moody, even when you are polite and ask them how their day is. Don't ask for anything special, like no onions here, because they will smash all of the burgers and give you very little ketchup. There had been at least 3 occasions in the past 2 months that they charged for a breakfast sandwich but never put it in the bag. Even going so far as making us wait just for that McGridle, but they never put it in the in the bag!!! As much as this place costs now, I really think the customer service and food quality should be stepped up a notch! You try and call this location and no one ever answers. You owe me 3 McGridles!! And start actually filling your fries not being cheap...
Read moreThis was my first time using the app and was think that since I’m suit they can’t make my order wrong 🙄. Well I was wrong this place was fully staff and only two cars and drive-through. They weren’t even busy at this time. I spent almost $60 for lunch for my family and even waited at their pull up line because they were making my food for about eight minutes. The manager came out and gave me my food. I went home which I live only five minutes away and gave everyone their food a realize I was missing two double hamburgers special I went back to McDonald’s upset and told the manager that I drove all the way home, hoping that they were doing their job right and making sure all my food was in the bag and I was missing two burgers. He then told me to bring the stuff back, I told him I wasn’t going back home to go get all the food because they fail to do their job. They should be checking everyone’s order to make sure it is 100% complete and made right. If I will have to go back home and bring the food that they will have to make all my food fresh again again it is bad enough that by the time I get back home, my food will be cold I get the managers name on duty. but I would’ve thought that they would’ve at least apologize or something for their mistake or even given a free hamburger coupon for next time or a gift card or something like some of these other places do like chicken fillet for example, this isn’t the first time this has ever happened, but I’ve never made a complaint on Google.
