I have called in and walked in for pizza and salad from this location for MANY years. I have NEVER had a problem. Last week I couldn't reach them on the phone so I ordered our regular pizza, salad and added a Keto bowl. When my family brought it home the salad was incorrect and they did not put cheese on the Keto bowl. I did not call. I did not complain. I put cheese on it myself. This week, I still couldn't reach them by phone so I ordered the exact same thing online. I choose "customize" and accidentally "deselected" instead of "selecting" certain items on the Keto bowl. When my husband arrived to pick up the order, the employee had thrown a handful of black olives in a bowl and expected him to take that home. I had him hand the phone to the female employee who proceeded to yell at me stating I ordered incorrectly and "that was the order I paid for". She also stated she was going to charge me more to make it right. I advised her that my receipt reflects I paid the regular cost of a Keto bowl which is $10 so I asked her to make it right. She didn't respond and got off the phone. I asked my husband to hand the phone to a manager. Another young female got on the line and she started yelling in the phone as well, stating it was my fault, etc, and I'd have to pay more! I advised her my receipt shows I paid the full $10 for nothing more than "handful of olives" and I just wanted them to remake the bowl. Someone finally remade the bowl and handed it to my husband who proceeded to tell me there was no cheese in the Keto bowl, just like last week. When he advised the same employee, she threw cheese in a bowl and handed it to him. When you order online, you have to provide your phone number in case something is wrong with the order or they have questions..... no call, no nothing. I am truly disappointed in these kids and will seek out the owner. I have no doubt I am not...

As my boyfriend and I left we took a better look at the pizza and decided to take it back in and get a new one made because we felt that the quality of it was horrendous for a price tag of $15. Upon bringing it back, the employee says "yeah we were going to give you another one, the guy who made the pizza is new" lol ok so you just let me leave knowing that you gave me a subpar pizza and didnt say anything? Then the manager says to me "I just didnt want to discourage the kid its his first job" That is unacceptable, you are responsible for making sure your employees are conforming to the company standards. I dont care if hes new, train him to make pizzas the right way. Your customers should not have to take the fall because your too scared to tell him he needs to do better cause you dont want to hurt his feelings. Welcome to the real world, suck it up. Second time I come in, there is still 12 minutes before they are closed, they have everything closed down already. So the fact that everything was put away means they started shutting down well before I came in. Then I get this attitude from the employees as though I have done something wrong. Well sorry you guys decided to shut the whole food assembly line down early and now it is going to take twice as long to make the pizza, not my problem. Where is the management here? Read moreI have been going to Papa Murphy's on Tuesdays for quite a while, their $10.99 large special is a good value. It used to be $9.99 but only went up $1 in the last couple years, not like most places. Several other places increased their prices considerably more. The pizza is just OK, not the best but hey, it's $10.99 for a fresh large pizza! My 5 star rating is to call out kudos to one of the regular employees. There's a young petite red hair female that always seems to direct traffic of the other employees and she always does an outstanding job in her role. I have been in the service industry management for over 50 years. She is a good leader, she treats her teammates with respect and the customers as well, even when it's crazy busy on a Tuesday.
