Whoever the pair was on October 11, 2022 at around 7pm were very professional, friendly, and provided my coffee with a smile and a welcoming demeanor. I have barely been in the Pacific Northwest of America for a few hours and have already been greeted with just the nicest people around. Wholesome and neighborly. I used to love it here, but my last three trips were horrible experiences. Poama, Nicole, Dee and Mo were all great. I haven't seen them in a while and now I'm getting Argumentative snotty attitudes, getting charged extra for drinks made wrong when they used to fix them free and extremely elevated prices for this rude behavior when I was a good customer for over a few years and buying lots of drinks for coworkers and family or friends almost every time I came.
