My husband and I went to the drive through and the promo was 2 for 4 breakfast. (Had bacon egg cheese mcgriddle) I wanted a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle so I asked if we could sub the bacon for sausage. The lady said yes and we went around to the window where the price was several dollars higher than we thought. So we asked if it was right. She looked and said it didn't discount the sausage butgriddles.she would fix it. Over her headphones she must have been told she couldn't because she said " actually I was just informed I could not do that. " We said "that's ok no big deal we will just take one then". Because obviously we still wanted to order ..the manager came to the window clicking on the screen saying loud enough we could hear her " we can't do that, that's people (us) trying to cheat the system" I was shocked because we simply asked and were told yes. It would not have been a big deal if they said no. And we still were not upset that they couldn't. When she said That, my husband asked her "did you really just say that?" She looked over and said "yeah" so my husband asked are you the manager? She replied "yes" so my husband said that was very rude and she replied "actually it wasn't I was just saying..We decided to go...
Read moreI just sat in line for over 20 minutes with only three small orders on the screen. Started off at the pay window for about 10 minutes, two cars ahead of me ..not sure why they didn't have those people pull to the numbered stalls..finally a man came and I paid for my food. I then sat at the second window for another 10 minutes. While waiting I watched a girl with black and purple hair take only one order while rubbing her nose, scratch her hair, and rub her lips all while touching sacks and touching someone's fries ordering from inside. I then was told to pull up to the stall after waiting. I ordered a number 7 two burgers and fries and a cheeseburger happy meal. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. So horrible I left even after I paid without my items because I sat outside in the stall for another 10 minutes. Went to taco bell and got my food within five minutes. How is this McDonald's...
Read moreA few nights ago I had to wait in the drive thru forever, apparently they had to bake cookies for the car in front of me. That took over 20 minutes. Tonight there were 3 cars in front of us in the drive thru, we ordered one drink. We waited awhile then I told my husband to pull up and park and I would just run in and grab it because we had to pick our daughter up from church. Pouring rain!! So I ran in explained I ordered in drive thru, paid, got my glass ,fixed my drink got back in car drove around the building to pull out and guess what.....the same car is still waiting at the window. Service at night is always horrible. Its managements responsibility .....train the workers better or hire more. Something seriously needs to happen to improve service in the evenings. Daytime is the best time to go. People are friendly and service is good in the daytime....
