I am so glad my family decided to stop in here. Off the bat I was obsessed with the feel of the place - every detail is so cute. The staff was super accommodating when I mentioned my tree nut allergies, and I was floored when they told me there were no tree nuts in the store. I never feel safe ordering at ice cream shops with my allergies, so that was such an awesome added bonus for me personally. I got a blue raspberry sorbet with rainbow sprinkles that tasted EXACTLY like a blue slurpee!! So good. And the cherry on top was that the spoons (which looked like completely standard white plastic spoons) turn blue when they touch the ice cream, and then back to white after being in your mouth. Two of us purchased peach and honey lavender on 9/22 and both were marred by a crystalline texture with little bits of ice in the mix. Not the smooth creamy texture of good ice cream. The peach had at best a hint of flavor. The honey lavender wasn't too bad taste wise although it seemed lacking in honey. There are two other ice cream vendors in Lambertville.
