Wow, talk about absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service! I will start out by saying that I order from Dominions ALL THE TIME. I mean, I order way too much, if I'm being honest - haha. My coworkers and I order food every single time that I work, and we have done so for the past 4 years, so this place has gotten tons of business from both myself and multiple people that I work with. Well, tonight, I called in for a late-night delivery (like I ALWAYS do - I work 12-hour shifts, so I try to eat as late as possible so that I won't get hungry). When I called in, I was placed on hold. This happens every time, but I'm okay with it, because I totally understand that they're busy, and my calls are generally picked up within 5-7 minutes (still a long time, but again, I get it). Tonight, my call was left on hold for 17 minutes and 47 seconds before someone finally picked up!! I, of course, had missed the delivery window by this time due to the extremely long hold time. The woman on the phone, Katie, was EXTREMELY rude. She said (I wrote it down while we were on the phone so that I wouldn't forget/misquote), "If you don't like it, you can just talk to my boss. I don't have time for this." Mind you, I order fairly late every time, and we are less than a block away from the restaurant, AND I tip well, so it wouldn't have been a big hassle to deliver food to us, especially since I had called prior to the delivery time ending, and they just left me on hold for an absurdly long period of time! I am not allowed to leave my place of employment to pick up food from anywhere, so I now have a long 8 hours ahead of me of being hungry. I waited an hour for a delivery (still tipped the driver 6 dollars for 2 mile drive) and received an under cooked pizza. When I called about my spongy pizza, the counter girl was unapologetic and even told me 'she had asked the pizza maker and he said it was cooked'. Despite my polite demeanor she was basically calling me a liar. Still she sent out another pizza...When the delivery driver arrived he was also rude and unapologetic ... Hell I even apologized to HIM for having to make the trip twice. I just can't believe the owner would allow their staff to treat customers in this way especially when I did nothing to provoke it, apart from expecting my pizza to be prepared properly. I've worked in this industry for a number of years and this is not how business should be done. Mistakes happen, but the customer service (or lack of) Is inexcusable. Read moreWell, I ordered about 6 months ago for the first time, it was for a large cheeseburger sub. I thought maybe they made a mistake making the sub since there was only 2 small burger patties cut in half on the entire "large" sub. I've had small cheeseburger subs with much more meat in it from every Pizza place in Lancaster county. At any rate, I just got my delivery of my large meatball sub. It's confirmed that these guys are purposely adding VERY LITTLE meat to their subs. Literally there are 4 small meatballs cut in half on this huge large roll... It's ridiculous. Be warned that if you order from this place and are really hungry, you'll be very unsatisfied. They are cutting down on the ingredients to make a buck. I'll never order from them again. I gave 2 stars in stead of one because the food tastes alright. They'd do a lot better if they actually put an acceptable amount of ingredients in their food. Two Cousins knows...
