Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Lancaster

By comparison, it's just another pizza shop....However.... Pros: food was Fresh, well prepared, cooked proper (cuz the cheese freckled), comes with a variety of dipping sauces & a single pepper in the box, (yum) & a nifty seal to ensure no tampering...Most others don't do those things.... Price....fairly comparable to the competition,....if fact I believe they beat D & LC..... Order can we charted on web or app. Promply delivered where others fail to go. Five stars for that ! Con: they were pretty stingy with the topping.....(most shops are & seems others have noted this).....see my pic...was pretty hard to see let alone taste pepperoni & onion toppings. Looks like they just dusted some in the center & shoved it in the oven.... Tryd the Papadia, was Equally good,...but seemed to be only one choose of sauce,....IDK maybe I missed the add on. I wish I could give less than one star! My husband and I ordered 4 orders of wings. We picked them up in store. We drove all the way home and then found out our order was wrong. I called the store and they said they could either credit my account for the price of the wings or they could remake them and I could drive all the way back across town to pick them up...again. I told the girl that answered the phone that I wanted them delivered to me because that was my dinner and I had already driven there once. I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes and when she got back on the phone she said they'd deliver but it would be another 35 minutes, but in reality it was over an HOUR before they actually arrived. Completely ruined my dinner!! At least the girl in the phone was nice. Horrible service!! Will definitely think twice before ordering from Papa...

This place is very unsanitary!!! Go somewhere else if you don’t want people taking money with gloves on then proceeding to make orders!!! Go elsewhere if you don’t want the person who’s making your pizza touching their hair and nose continuously!!! Go elsewhere if you don’t want the the bread to be all on the employee’s clothing and arms right before they put your toppings on it!!!! The cashier nails were so dirty, I almost vomited!!! One employee had gloves on while she ran around the store touching everything then went right back to making pizzas!!! I will never eat at this location again!!! This place deserves an F because the staff is very unsanitary!!! This is the 3rd time I’ve come to pick up a pizza and been beyond disgusted by the staff!!! DO NOT...
