This dominoes will never get any of my money until they do away with the rude so-call shift manager! I have never been met with so much aggression and all I did was give my name on my order.
I literally walked into this establishment, stood there for about 5 minutes watching employees walk around as if I wasn't there. Finally the young boxing the pizzas ask what I needed help with. I stated that I was there to pick up my order. I gave him my name, which he stated he didn't have it. At that moment, a rude employee, (I believe she was the shift manager, older white lady), over talked him and yelled it was a timed order. Which now I'm confused because I have no clue what that means and I'm baffled to why she said it with so much aggression. So now I'm trying to get an understanding to what she is saying while trying to explain the order was supposed to be ready by 5:30pm. However, the young man who took my order earlier that day, told me it should be ready by 5:20. Which by now it is 5:25pm. So basically my order wasn't ready... I sat at the table with my sister trying to figure out did I say something wrong. Long story short, this woman was rude, with no class or customer service etiquette. If I would have met her with same energy, then I would have been the "angry black woman" while she played victim...smh
I ordered 16 pizzas & 2 Mac n cheese. This order was placed at the store before 11am Saturday morning 12/21/2024. I had notes to label each pizza box with the kind of pizza that was in it, which I had to remind them to do that. They couldn't even get that right! Not to mention not 1 person offered to help load them up. My order was not ready until almost 6pm, which should have been 5:30.

I could afford to buy several pizzas if I chose to so it's not a matter of trying to get something EXTRA for free that is totally not necessary and as a disabled military veteran I find that EXTREMELY offensive. I called to say that the things I paid for where not given and I took pictures to prove my point. Extra cheese for example would stretch off your pizza vs being completely flat on your dough.(reason for it being extra and costing more). I asked if I could send the pictures taken to justify my reason for calling but instead what I received from your store was a DEBATE about my pizza and I wasn't allowed to send the pictures. I will admit the manager was polite and courteous on the phone I have no complaint about that but I do have a complaint about not receiving what I paid for and my integrity being questioned, in other words,your store was right and I was wrong trying to get something for free. I am a trust worthy individual that puts my character way about that mark; as I stated I could have just ordered another and paid for it that would not have been a problem. Read moreCustomer Service at this place is BELOW poor. I was told I would receive a free pizza on 6/5/17 as a result of it taking more than 1 hour to deliver my pizza due to employee shortage. I called on 6/20/17 to receive my complementary pizza and spoke to the manger TRACY. (BIG MISTAKE) She refuse to give me the store number, corporate number, and her last name. I was told "it's easy to look up" Now she say she is the GENERAL MANAGER. If dominos hired her to represent them as a General manager they made a terrible mistake. Tracy is the epitome of rude, disrespectful, and belligerent. Description of a manager is a responsible person for controlling and administering all parts of a company/organization.
