They immediately had an attitude when I told them my name and that I was just waiting on my order. My app said my order was done so I walked back inside and they looked at me and said with an attitude “your food isn’t ready. I’ve already told you this”-this was after I waited 10 minutes to come back inside. I told them sorry and that my app said it was done. They then proceeded to talk about me and my order in a negative way. I’m not sure if they were having a bad day but I was in no shape or form rude to them. I was being patient up until they realized they forgot part of my order and tried to blame me for their mistake. Once they were done with my food The lady threw my food on the counter at me, rolled her eyes, and said “here’s your food” after getting an attitude. Read moresince they wanted to delete my last one, here it is again. whatever you do, don't come here. most of their staff is extremely rude. they are never doing their jobs and only 4 people in the whole store does their jobs and make sure the customers are taken care of. the GM Akim is rarely there and when he is, he's either just sitting outside, in the office, or just talking to the younger employees about random things but will point out things the new employees aren’t doing right instead of teaching them. there's a 30 something year old Tiffany that is like a child and always starting drama and never doing her job and likes to mess around with the high schoolers. they can't get their flies under control cause they aren't taking the sanitation precautions to prevent them. they would be a decent pizza place if they just crack down on their employees or just clean house. they let so much go. definitely not how...

Ordering is a breeze, delivery is on point, and the pizza always arrives hot and ready to disappear. I might not eat it, but I’m pretty sure Pizza Hut is the unofficial MVP of our family dinners.
So while I remain the odd one out, my family’s love for Pizza Hut more than makes up for it. One of these days, I might even cave and sneak a...
