Bad first visit to the newly re-built. Probably will not go back there for a while.
I went to park along the one side and for the amount of customers that were in the sore my guess would be more then half of those cars are for employees. That forced me to park on the other side of the building which with the new building there is no easy way to get into the store. You have to walk in the middle of traffic coming from all ways to get into the front entrance. Then I went to order a salad and the new Menu is very very confusing on choices. I went to pay and I asked if they offer DEBT and the associate said yes it will ask me. I guess she is not familiar with their practices and it went straight to a credit process. It looked like everyone in there was brand new on their first day and didn't know what to do. I received my salad and they put breaded chicken in instead of grilled. Which the new breaded chicken is HORRIBLE. I told the person and she didn't understand my issue, and then asked someone else who had them make a new one but acted like they didn't have the time to handle my issue. I left with the correct product but no one apologized and everyone just portrayed themselves as miserable...
Read moreMAN, I REALLY wish I could give ZERO STARS. This place has a bunch of degenerates working there, and that’s putting it nicely. I waited 45 minutes in the line for a large fry and 2 cookies. Lol. Honked my horn 3 times in line to get attention and speed up the process. It seemed to work but then I got to the window and saw staff joking around with each other and taking their time, paying no attention or care to the person waiting almost an hour for fries. Lack of respect for customers and even coworkers. I am in the service industry (bartender, 13 years) and you know it’s bad when a fellow industry person has to complain. This place is terrible. Don’t go. I have it all on recording.

Read moreI'm leaving a review as a Dasher not as a customer. I never ate here and I don't think I ever will after seeing some of the reviews. I work very early am shifts and they close the lobby to all customers including us drivers. The leave open the little lobby by the drive thru for the drivers. And my question is why? They don't pay attention to us and when they do they look at us and do nothing like we don't exist. We are, in a sense, a customer as well and should be treated the same as any other person ordering food. It's not just me that complains and hates it when an order comes here early in the mornings. I have talked to many dashers in the mornings about this place and all of them hate picking up orders here but we have to. It's 2am, there isn't many options for us to pick up...
