I ordered 2 #4's, a mcflurry, & 2 apple pies. I paid at window 1 & preceded to window 2 for my food. When I got there, they tried to give me 2 pumpkin pies. I declined & ask they refund pies because they did not have apple. They refused. So I said I wanted a complete refund & gave them back their drinks. They refused to not only give me a refund but also refused to give me my order but demanded I leave the drive through. Of course I then declined because I had not received a refund nor my food. So, she calls Lancaster PD. They come asking for my ID and for me to move because people behind me has paid for food. I asked what law have I broke. He said Impeding traffic. I kindly remind him I was not on a roadway but in a drive thru where you stop to receive the food you've paid for. Then I reminded him that I too had paid for food. Then the police went to talk to MCD manager & she went to get my food. As I pulled up, the officer told me I was lucky that she did not press trespassing charges. There are no signs posted & I had never been warned not to enter that establishment. But i was supposed to be dumb. I wasn't expected to know the law. She could charge me with trespassing because I refused to allow her to keep my money without giving me a product!! WOW! I kindly gave her back the food & requested a refund again. This time she gave it to me, no questions asked. Needless to say, I will never return to that location. I will also be following up with Lancaster PD on the two officers that responded. I just left at 3:30 a.m, there are two cars parked outside of the McDonalds, the speaker boards are lit up and the inside lights are on. I also tried to call inside of the location and they didn't even bother to answer the phone. This location has very poor customer service, McDonalds corporate office needs to fine this location for multiple reasons! They have very poor customer service; they will not properly greet you upon arrival, orders are constantly made wrong daily, when you try to speak with management about any issues, they pretend to act like they will implement a strategy to correct issues and errors only for you to still get the same result EVERY time, this is daily!
