Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lancaster

This used to be a great place to eat, but it has since gone downhill. There was more than one occasion I had a bad experience. I did an order online, and then when we went to the drive-thru to pick it up, they said they were out of hard taco shells, and they would not give a refund. After about 5 minutes of having to deal with very rude employees, the manager finally showed up and gave a refund on the item we were replacing. How can you be out of taco shells when that's all you serve all day?! Another incident happened months later when I went to pick something up for my child. I went to the drive thru because I was in a rush to be somewhere, and they proceed to tell me over the loud speaker, "The drive-thru is closed, you'll have to come in" I could not understand why it would be closed if their obviously was not any technical problems. SO, here I am in a rush, and I go inside to get her order. The line is so long it is just about outside. When I FINALLY get to the counter I place her order, and proceed to wait about 10 minutes to fix 2 simple, plain soft tacos. When I go to give it to her to eat, I discover they got the order wrong! Normally, I will take the food back to the place to get the correct order, but I was in a rush and already aggravated with that place. My daughter & I dropped in for a bite on Friday afternoon before a movie & encountered the nicest Young Man probably in his late teens/early 20s or so.........(African American with Dreadlocks....Just incase you want to give him a raise or recognize him in some way) not to mention he told me to have a Wonderful day (Thank You I said) But I observed him Helping an elderly lady with her meal. .... THIS Young man told her and I Quote "Allow Me To Take Your Tray To Your Table For You" WHAT?? You don't hear such gentleman like words from ANYBODY anymore......He was so respectful and apparently she asked for napkins which he promptly attended to. It's so nice to see such kindness from one person to another in this day & time. SO Koodos to this Young man in the Rock Hill, SC (Dave Lyle) branch of Taco Bell. I was astounded by this & the all around mannerism of the whole staff. Thank You for such a nice...

My sons bday was 12/27. For some reason, part of his bday, he wanted taco bell and a movie. So we had our dinner date 12/28. The movie started at 7, so we arrive at Taco Bell at 6:15, thinking that was plenty of time to get fast food and make it to the theater that's 7 minutes from there. At 6:45, I had to change the order to go, and my son had to eat parte of his meal on the way, while out Drinks ruined and the other fajitas became soggy, from being eaten after the movie, once we got home, 3 hours later. Further, no sauce was put in bags, my son had to get it, as well as napkins, straws, etc. The staff looked at me like I was a problem when I switched from dining in to go, and stated "huh, its about to be ready! " I have received faster service in Rock Hill, SC, which is a busier town and through the drive thru. If my son didn't like Taco Bell so much, I'd say I wouldn't...
