Terrible customer service. STOLE my money and refused to refun it or fill my order. Ordered online and chose delivery. The receipt was delivered to my email from Subway. They evidently use Doordash delivery and I later got notice it was delivered. Except it wasn't. I called the store and the lady tells me since Doordash picked it up I should contact them. I did that and Doordash explained that they would have to refund or refill the order since they took the money and they had not record of it in their system. Upon reviewing the receipt for the order and delivery more closely, I realized there was NO street address. I called the store again and no one answered so I drove there. Even after viewing the receipts the lady refused to take responsibility for sending out an order without a street address and insisted I needed to get my money from Doordash because they picked it up even though they collected the money. Because it's their contracted delivery service it is there responsibility to either refund my money or refill my order because they sent it our without an address or try to get their money from Doordash because whoever did the delivery lied and said they delivered it when they had not street number to do so. The worker was rude and argumentative and the owner kept repeating that I need to get a refund from Doordash and hung up. It's not even the money, it's the principal. THEY collected the money, THEY use Doordash and THEY sent out an order without an address. That makes it THEIR responsibility to take care of. You should not own a store in a community where you clearly do not value and respect your customers. I eventually drove to another town with a Subway to get my sandwich. I do intend to dispute this charge when it posts to my card and I would advise individuals to boycott this store because they are disrespectful and don't value...
Read moreThe worst customer service ever. I was first told they only could take cash. I had cash on me. The tuna look like paste and I ask could they bring some fresh tuna out. She (African American) she brought some out . I ask her could you make my tuna sandwich before she add the old nasty tuna left in the container. I guess the attitude started at this point. Then she left a gap when she as adding the tuna and I asked could she put another scoop where she left the gap. She added a small amount and told the cashier to charge me for the extra scoop. She didn't mention the coupon scanner wasn't working. Therefore I couldn't use my coupon. The footlong and I had a six in sandwich. The total was $22 and some change. If I knew the coupon scanner wasn't working I would have left and went to another subway. I left the sandwiches on the counter and walked out. I have told family and friends do not go to this subway ever. I been trying to call Subway Corporate office number, no luck . My next step is to report this to BBB Headquarters.
