I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an incident involving a security guard at your stablishment on Sep 28 2024

During my visit to your establishment, I encountered a situation that I believe warrants your attention. The security guard, whose name i was not able to catch top African American with glasses.

I understand that security personnel play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all patrons. However, the conduct exhibited during this incident not only made me feel uncomfortable but also detracted from the overall atmosphere of the club.

The only reason I give it a 3 is because of the DJs. They do their best and give it their all. But management and the other guys have it all wrong. They always try to up charge you at the door. There tickets are all false. If it says admit one free they say only women. If the flyer on dj MC's Facebook says $20 a ticket they price it up at the door to $25 a ticket on concert nights, and not just on special nights they try to get away with it when ever. They are money hungry and will betray their regular loyal customers to get $5 more!! That's wrong! No recomiendo este lugar porque nos robaron! Nos cobraron las entrada y cuando descubrimos que la entrada estaba supuesta a ser gratis porque en un letrero que tennis adventure del club lo decia bien claro, no nos quisieron devolve el dinero.
