I will never send anyone to this company. I overpaid in fines by 400 dollars first off because no one told me you could negotiate with ez pass. I went in on a Thursday and one week later after countless people and hours I have everything done. I go to get my tags and they office is closed NO SIGN NO NOTHING JUST CLOSED. I was in the office yesterday they knew they had training and would be closed. I called was on hold 20 minutes the lady on the phone could not understand me. I am over it and just need my damn title so I can go elsewhere....
