Service is declining, check your food if you order to go.

Had originally gave this place 5 stars but the last two visits have not been so well. The last time I went was around 9:30 and they seemed in a rush to get out. Wanted to order their special “the big one” but they had no pepperoni and said that we could only take it to go. Decided to leave and eat elsewhere.

Tonight I ordered ahead around 9:15 (the young girl on the phone answered and was having her own side convo for the first 10 seconds) and when I picked up my pizza it was ready, I now wonder if they gave me an already made one that someone didn’t pick up. I got home only to notice that they had added meat to it. I had only asked for pepperoni. Don’t call this restaurant if you want to be treated with respect. I was unaware of the $5 delivery fee... while I was placing my order the cashier never explained that a delivery fee was a thing... so I cancelled my order because I found a delivery fee to be ridiculous. Only to hear the cashier say “ well it’s not free” with a rather nasty attitude. The manager was t any better. Though she did apologize for her cashier’s attitude. I will never spend my hard earned money in a place where costumer service is not a top priority. Had the cashier been kind and explained the delivery fee in a nice way I might have spend the $20 on the medium pepperoni pie. I went to the Hyatt's ville location. And I was wearing my Dallas shirt. And the tall white girl with the red hair purposely held up my order. I know it was Bc of my shirt. She looks very mean. She always looks mean. There customer service skills are not good. But the white redhead, I didn't like her at all. And I'm not spending money in this establishment again. She held my food up on purpose. And was rude to me when I asked where my food was. People coming in after me getting there food b4 me. And she kept looking at me the whole time. There customer service skills suck. And that's not my first encounter with this woman. And I have told a lot of people to stop going there. And now I hope this review will be an eye opener.
