Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lansdale

Trying to get dinner for me and my two-year-old son. After trying to use their website and their app for almost 20 minutes with no success, I called the store thinking even though they had 15 minutes left they would accommodate me because it’s not my fault Their website sucks, their app is garbage, that’s not my fault… so I call and he’s like I just would like to inform you, ma’am, that we close in 12 minutes, I said OK so I have 12 mins to order right??? this is for delivery I’m not eating in that restaurant… so then he goes and takes my phone number. I tell him it won’t be tied to that and then I tell him where I am….I am 2.6 miles from the store… 2.6!!!! and he tries to tell me that he does not deliver here Confirmed with the front desk at the hotel… 100% deliver here… I even amended my order and only got pizza related items so that way they wouldn’t have to turn the fryers back on, they just didn’t feel like doing the order even though they place of business is open until 10 o’clock not 9:45 or five of…10 o’clock… I myself Worked 22 years in the food service industry and I’m currently a manager in Retail And this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received 15 minutes. They literally put the pizza on a wire rack and send it through the Oven literally no dishes I would accommodate them the best I had with the time I had absolutely terrible service will never ever eat at Pizza Hut again And I’ll be sure to let all my friends and coworkers know just terrible service. This place is unbelievably HORRIBLE!!!!!!! First off they are way too expensive. You order two things and its $50 dollars, that's crazy. Anyway I'm just gonna list the things I have been throw.

1. Delivery guy spilled hot sauce all over the front of my door on my brand new $100 dollar mat outside. And he said nothing about it. Nor did they do anything about it.
2. I just had two surgeries and had to have my sons get up the last few dollars in my house to order a pizza for their dinner. The delivery guy told my 8 and 9 year old sons thanks for the tip... Meaning they only tipped him one dollar so thanks for nothing. My sons were very upset because he was nasty with them at the door. As a mom I was beyond mad😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
3. I got my wings one day with bite marks in it, as if someone had bit it. I called them they issued my a crappy 5 dollar credit or so I thought.
4. I try to order some food from them one more time and use my credit and they tell me there is no credit on file. And very rude about it too. They didn't want to help me figure out the issue. On top of that they mention to me at the end of the conversation that my food would take two hours to get to my house. Like I don't know that was just them not wanting to deliver my food. Plus the manager told me it's just me that seems to have these issues. I doubt that.

Edit: The loud and angry manager has been replaced. Updated my review to 5 stars. Thank you to the higher ups for looking out for the workers in this situation. These people deserve to be working in a place where their hard work is rewarded rather than be yelled at by their manager. Especially in front of customers. Previous review: The food itself and the service is perfectly fine. But, every time I've come to pick up dinner from this location of Pizza Hut, the manager is always yelling at the employees. Big guy, loud voice, might be a closing shift manager. Not even just a little bit of yelling, I mean to say that this guy is giving straight up verbal abuse to the employees. I personally don't mind swearing. But, I do mind his hypocrisy towards the employees. He drops swears constantly, but the moment that another employee swears he gives them an attitude about swearing in front of customers. He's a verbally abusive hypocrite who should not be a manager. He either needs to have someone put him in his place, or get him some therapy. This isn't normal behavior, and it's not behavior that I would want to deal with as a customer, and it especially wouldn't make me want to ever look for a job here.
