Trying to get dinner for me and my two-year-old son. After trying to use their website and their app for almost 20 minutes with no success, I called the store thinking even though they had 15 minutes left they would accommodate me because it’s not my fault Their website sucks, their app is garbage, that’s not my fault… so I call and he’s like I just would like to inform you, ma’am, that we close in 12 minutes, I said OK so I have 12 mins to order right??? this is for delivery I’m not eating in that restaurant… so then he goes and takes my phone number. I tell him it won’t be tied to that and then I tell him where I am….I am 2.6 miles from the store… 2.6!!!! and he tries to tell me that he does not deliver here Confirmed with the front desk at the hotel… 100% deliver here… I even amended my order and only got pizza related items so that way they wouldn’t have to turn the fryers back on, they just didn’t feel like doing the order even though they place of business is open until 10 o’clock not 9:45 or five of…10 o’clock… I myself Worked 22 years in the food service industry and I’m currently a manager in Retail And this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received 15 minutes. These people deserve to be working in a place where their hard work is rewarded rather than be yelled at by their manager. Especially in front of customers. Previous review: The food itself and the service is perfectly fine. But, every time I've come to pick up dinner from this location of Pizza Hut, the manager is always yelling at the employees. Big guy, loud voice, might be a closing shift manager. Not even just a little bit of yelling, I mean to say that this guy is giving straight up verbal abuse to the employees. I personally don't mind swearing. But, I do mind his hypocrisy towards the employees. He drops swears constantly, but the moment that another employee swears he gives them an attitude about swearing in front of customers. He's a verbally abusive hypocrite who should not be a manager. He either needs to have someone put him in his place, or get him some therapy.
