Starbucks — Restaurant in Lansdale

When we moved to Landsdale, PA, Starbucks was first on my list as it has been my go-to Coffee House for over 13 years. To my surprise, it actually outdid my previous Starbucks with its customer service, friendliness, knowing my name, as well as my Chihuahua service animals name. The store is spotless and every barista goes above and beyond. It is a wonderful feeling when you walk in somewhere and you are greeted by your first name. Not only that but my white chocolate mocha latte is a complicated recipe due to my specifications and they already know what I am going to order and begin getting it ready. They have a large array of products, tumblers, coffee beans, French Presses, keychains as well as delicious food. They also recommend different beverages for me to try. They have never failed in making any of my beverage’s perfectly. Jen and Nora, the store managers are amazingly outgoing, friendly, personable as well as being professional. The only thing I have an issue with is they don't tell u when u ask for a salted caramel latte that they don't have salted caramel they use nut flavor to help the reg caramel taste like salted caramel! What it's crazy and does not make it taste that way ! I only found out bc they put to much in so I could taste the nut flavor. I asked why it tasted like that and I didn't like it . I just said make a reg caramel then ugh. Why wouldn't u tell ppl that to begin with. Nut allergies ppl do have them . Geez. So I won't be getting a salted caramel latte there no more and maybe nothing again bc they aren't up front about things and what's in them . O I do have one other thing that bothered me . TAKES FOREVER IN PERSON TO GET YOUR DRINK. Seriously if you walk in and order a drink (even just 1) it takes 10-15 minutes easy. I don’t understand the malfunction or why drinks being ordered in person are not priority over drinks ordered on the app. Or even have 2 designated employees handling online orders and the other employees handling in person orders. I waited 15 minutes for 1 single iced tea drink that took 30 seconds to make. This is ALWAYS the case no matter time of day or day of the week, there is absolutely no urgency for in person orders, there were 3-4 employees working today, so lack of employees was not the issue.
