Worst Arby's in the Lansing area. I went at 11am I placed my order at 1103am. I was the second order taken. They had me pull a head without any warning of how long it was going to take. I waited patiently for 30 min for my food. During that period I watched order after order be taken and they had six cars parked waiting for food. Two cars pulled away after paying and four cars just didn't even place their order and drove off. After waiting 30 min I went to the window and ask "What is going on?" "Why wouldn't you warn people how long you are taking?" The employee got an attitude with me!!!??? I walked away and got back in my car. I then watched three people get their food before I did! That made me start getting loud and asking "What the hell?" I ordered two sliders and fries. That was it and it took 45 min. I'm all for being accepting of mistakes but that is ridiculous. It is obvious they were all late to work and we're not ready to serve food at 11. I assume the manager came out and did give me two free sandwiches which I was appreciative of but she a total attitude about it. She was the last employee to walk through the door at 1115 1120. These are lunch hours. People have to work. That was a horrible experience. I won't be back. I immediately went to mlk Arby's to get my sandwiches. They had my order up before she could figure out how to comp it. I will go there...
Read moreStopping here was a mistake. Ordered our food, got to the window our total came to $17.26 so I handed the young girl $20.26. She proceeded to give me more money back. Trying to be nice I explain she should have only gave me $3 back , and she gave me more than what she was suppose to and didn't want her to get in trouble she proceeded to tell me it's about getting the customer and drinks right through... huh.. your making no sense. After that, she tells me to pull over and park and our food would be out later... okay after only waiting a few mins our food came out, a different lasy brought it out. basically dropped it in my window and walked away.. I reply have a nice day. Looking into our bag our order wasn't right, so I go into the lobby, where i was greeted by a nice little old lady. I explained what happened. Same girl that brought out the food, walks over and tosses my sandwich at me then walks away. This is awful customer service. Then went over touched fryer button with same gloves, pull basket of fries up, just cross-contaminating everything! I asked manager to please tell the dresser to change gloves. I said that being a manager of a resturaunt myself, I mean nothing personal, but its improper food handling. People get sick. Drive thru girl cashed out window, turns off fryer, then sandwhich dresser touches same button with SAME gloves on, never changes them, goes back to dressing food. Not ok! So managet tells dresser. The woman starts yelling so i and everyone else can hear it, " its not that serious!, all i did was grab some damn lettuce!", then mean mugged me.
