Bunker Busters — Restaurant in Lansing

They should be called bunker busters your wallet and worse customer service. I took my family of 5 and almost spend $45 dollars on ice cream… 👎🤦🏽‍♂️.Well I order all my family ice cream and mine was last . But the funny part was I never got my Dole orange ice cream and I was waiting and I was seeing the Worst owners on display not paying attention to me . So I ask why I was not getting ice cream that I paid for , and the response was that they did but because they messed up on one of my kids ice cream order they charged me for a medium ice cream cone but they gave him a small cone ..?? So now they are ripping customers Off charging for a medium and giving out small cones .they supposedly were out of them . Lie… they weren’t. So when I confronted the young unprofessional girl about my order she said that my order was done . So they messed up on my kids order and they wouldn’t give me my ice cream because they had to fix there mistake. And took it out of my ice cream. The unprofessional girl owner was sooo rude she literally told me to get off there little sidewalk property. After I confronted them that they were ripping customers off. I would not recommend no one to go there they are rude and the ice cream is just like the rest of other ice cream shops … the difference is the other ice cream shops won’t ripped you off like bunker ripped off buster customers. That should be there New LOGO . Worst customer service. I work in customer service.. with out are customers we don’t get paid. They provide to are checks. Ohh and they had this young white male unprofessional too and rude got in my face like he was going to do something. With my family being there . But with GOD will I hold back from laying that young unprofessional white male . They need to fire 👎...

Dog friendly place, they even have a pup-cup! Joe and Jackie are great workers. The right window is the walk-up to order and left window is where the ice cream comes out.
