While visiting from out of town I dropped in on a game between the Lugnuts and the Peoria Chiefs. It was bring your dog to the game night, and the Lugnuts were playing as the Lansing Locos. It was a rough night for the Locos, shut out 4-0 through eight innings until they scored three in the bottom of the ninth and nearly tied it up until a controversial call at second base ended the game just as the tying run crossed the plate. Overall a great night of baseball and fun for the whole family -- even the dog! (Seriously, the dogs loved meeting so many new dogs.) My only disappointment was the lack of support in the stands -- on the morning of game day I had my choice of almost any seat in the house. The Lugnuts deserve better than that, so if you haven't been to a game, come on out let yourself unwind for an evening. Let's go Nuts! and ¡Vamos Locos!

We have been here twice in the last month and have sat front row on first base side and in the clubhouse. Both firework nights which are usually pretty good! I would say our visit in the clubhouse seating was much better! Nice and spacious, great view/covering from rain, and great food for a good price! The staff are super helpful and try and make a great experience for you and your family. If you have any problems they take care of it and then some! I was surprised and happy to see the staff so helpful and wanting to make sure you leave satisfied and have had a fun night. We are highly pleased by every aspect of this ballpark. Prices range from 8$ish to 25$ for tickets. Parking is all around the stadium for 5$ to 10$. This is a great place for a fun evening with friends and family! We will continue to reccomend coming here to everyone!!!

Wasn't what it used to be. I used to come here several time each summer as a kid, and even after my first 2 kids were little. After standing in line for 20 minutes a woman in security told me I had to walk my bag (a small drawstring bag) to the car. I had already checked online before I came and there was no mention of no bags being allowed. I had my keys, wallet, tickets, emergency meds for one of my kids, and a coat for my youngest in it (since it was going to rain). She said "we aren't letting bags in today". I pointed to several other people they were letting in with full on military sized backpacks, full to brim. She said "that's their diaper bag" ... no baby in sight. Clearly it's not a safety thing. I even offered to empty it out and show her everything in it. She was very short tempered and said "I don't care. No" I told her "I don't have anywhere to carry this stuff but this bag and you don't sell bags inside" She replied "not my problem". I had to leave my kids at the door with their older brother (who's 18) and walk back down the road to the parking. She made several moms turn around with purses. Yet she let through DOZENS of people with fanny packs. My kids and I counted 16 full sized backpacks that night. Strollers filled past compacity with "stuff" that were never checked. Not once. Security aside. We waited 45 minutes for 3 butterbeers, which were literally just cream soda with a dollop of whipped cream on top. In glasses that didn't even have flat bottoms, and were super tall (but super thin) so we had to hold them the whole game. We paid $27 for 3 faygo sized cans worth of pop. No more vendors yelling "get your hotdogs/cracker jack/cotton candy/beer" up and down the isles in between innings. Which was sad. That's definitely a big part of the park vibes. No more t-shirt gun, no more YMCA singing, not alot of fun tbh. We sat. Watched. 5 minutes of fireworks. Went home. Will not come again.

This place is pretty awesome! Plenty of stands and stores sell Food and beverages, which are stadium price, and despite the price the lines are usually very long, especially first few innings. There are so many young people ordering beer; and this may discourage bringing your kids. The field has a trail, one that goes around the whole field. This is a nice place to also watch games in extreme views, high and low, while also walking. There is a kid playground, a bounce house, obstacle course (both require a fee), and uniquely designed play area. It is at downtown so Parking is typical downtown Parking. Games are usually late afternoon or weekend, so should be better. Overall, though this place is a little bit pricey, it is a nice place to hang out!

Went to the annual 4th of July game. Stadium and concourse were PACKED, which is a good problem to have, but led to extremely long lines, and difficulty getting to bathrooms and seats. Would have been helpful for there to be more food/drink options in the outfield area where there wasn't as much congestion. Normally, it's really easy to get through the concourse, and there's very little wait for food. The in game experience was very good. But while music and video were easy to hear, the live presentations and announcements were VERY hard to hear over PA system. The post game entertainment and fireworks were incredible. Wouldn't change a thing. Overall, an amazing experience for the whole family, and at a very affordable price.

Lugnuts win on a walk-off 3 run homer!! Had a good time at the Nuts game on the 4th of July. Well behaved full house crowd and some city wide fireworks set the backdrop for a dramatic 9th inning win. Minor league baseball at its best. Downside of the big crowd is concessions were impossible. Only purchase I waited for was 15 minutes for Dipping Dots. No matter how attractive the pricing, I will never encounter nachos, hotdog combo meals, pulled pork or cheese steak and pepper sandwiches that are worth a 60-90 minute wait. Come for the game - get the food somewhere else.
