I cannot rave enough about the exceptional experience I had at Biggby Coffee, thanks to the truly outstanding barista, Grace! From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with a warmth and energy that immediately made my day brighter. You can tell when someone truly loves what they do, and Grace exuded that passion in every action.
First off, let's talk about the coffee. I ordered an Island Bear, and not only was it prepared to perfection, but it was also served with a smile and a little touch of extra love. The balance of flavors was spot-on—the espresso was rich and smooth, the milk froth was light and airy, and the whole drink was a comforting symphony of tastes. You could tell Grace put her whole heart into making it, from the precise way the espresso was poured to the attention to detail in the presentation. Every sip was sheer bliss, and it was clear that Grace is an expert in her craft.
But it wasn’t just about the coffee itself—Grace went above and beyond with their customer service. Not only did she make me feel like I was their top priority, but she also took the time to recommend a new flavor syrup I hadn't tried before, which turned out to be absolutely delicious! Her enthusiasm and genuine care for customers made me feel like a regular, even though this was my first visit. It’s rare to find someone who not only knows how to make a great cup of coffee but also understands the art of making a customer feel special.
I also loved how friendly and engaging Grace was with everyone else in line, taking the time to chat and brighten their day as well. It’s these little touches that transform an ordinary coffee run into something memorable. The atmosphere in the shop, made even more vibrant by Grace's positivity, felt welcoming and community-focused, which is so refreshing in today’s fast-paced world.
If you ever get the chance to stop by, I highly recommend you visit during her shift—you won’t just leave with an amazing coffee, but you’ll also leave feeling a little bit better about the world. Grace, you’re a gem, and Biggby is lucky to have you. Keep doing what you’re doing—you’re making a difference, one perfect cup of...
Read moreAwful service. I usually go here on my way to work. Today was an awful experience from the drive through to the counter. I was speaking clearly and loudly and the barista taking my order state she couldn’t hear me. I kept repeating my order and verified it with her before driving up to the window. When I get to the window, I gave her my card to get free drink, coupon for $1 off a Bragel. She takes my phone and attempts to put the coupon in then tells me I can’t use both deals. Uhh, never had that happen. Then she calls a fellow male barista who then tells me they don’t take food coupons. Lie, it’s not my first time here! Anyways, said male barista hands me my drink which ended up being wrong. He then argues with me that I asked for cinnamon in my chai + light syrup. I told him that’s what the barista told you when I pulled up when you questioned her but she couldn’t hear me. I specifically asked for a cinnamon spice chai latte (has Harney & Sons tea bag) but instead I got a chai with cinnamon flavor. He got angry, stated “I made this drink, it’s what you told us”... he ended up remaking the drink. I shouldn’t have to go through that - y’all just need to be patient or have customers come...
Read moreWent to the Biggby by Frandor. Employees always do a solid job. Plus u can't beat the BOGO coupons they have which is a huge plus. A lot cheaper then starbucks, (which were boycotting cause they treat their workers horrible) This location is nice and convenient and the drive thru window moves pretty quickly. The only and biggest problem with Biggbys is their lack of consistency. One time you'll go and the drinks are spot on and the best. Next time the macha tastes like watered down green crap or they don't understand LIGHT ice. Also wouldn't hurt them to clean their men's bathroom as u can see by the picture. But overall the BOGO coupons save u money and are worth the trip. And. A better alternative than starbucks who won't even acknowledge their employees right to organize.
Plus Biggbys has much better and heather food imo. Much better bael.or bragel sammiches :) Overall...
