Starbucks — Restaurant in Lansing

There was this lady photographed below that has been giving us attitude for the past couple times we came down. My Grandpa had been at the hospital and ICU for the past two weeks and is now taking his last breaths. Yet when we came down at 9:50AM to get some coffee after pulling an all nighter, she VERY RUDELY says to "read the sign I put up" and on the sign pictured below it clearly says PM so we asked for clarification and she continued to be VERY RUDE. I do not care that she worked since 4am as she yelled because everyone in that hospital has been working and staying up since then and longer. This is not a regular Starbucks, it's a licensed retailer. This means you can't use your reward stars there but you can pay with your app. The people that work there are friendly and it's a clean set up. My only complaint was that I was trying to get a cup of iced tea in the evening and it was awful. They kept trying to remake it but they were using tea that was brewed in the morning then set out all day. By the evening the teas were poured into plastic cups stored on the counter. Very convenient location, but the costumer service was not great - especially being in a hospital where most costumers are going through something. I was rudely told they couldn't blend my drink (I've been ordering the same drink for years now and have never been told they can not blend it). I smiled and said that's fine and ordered it anyways. When I recieved the coffee it was not even close to filled and it did not taste great.
