DBI — Local services in Lansing

Outstanding experience with DBI. I was looking for a desk, chair, and small filing cabinet, so DBI was where I chose because they have a local showroom. I stopped in and was greeted by Lucas who was awesome. He quickly and efficiently suggested a chair which was reasonably priced and great. They had discounted items in their showroom. I decided to go with a professional motorized desk which was customized for my needs. The top I chose was a gray wood grain looking finish that is durable and I love.

They delivered it quickly and I love it. Everything is great for my office and exactly what I need to occasionally work from home.

I called their office and they gave me the salesman name Garrett Barnes. Talk to him on the phone he was very pleasant. Told him what I wanted he came out and visited me at my business. We measured out everything And he said he'd been contact with me. He called me probably 2-3 days later we talked a little bit more. Said he would get back with me and he never did that was over a week and a half ago. I called Kentwood office furniture. Talked to a very nice sales lady. Order $6,000 at the office furniture. As I'm writing this post I still haven't heard...
