This is my first feedback given on Google reviews, but it seemed necessary. I went to greendoor hoping to have a quick lunch as there was no one in the building when I got there (around 3:45), as well as use Wifi provided. I ordered a hamburger, (black and tan) medium rare. It took 25 minutes for the burger to arrive and when it did it did the burger was cooked was cooked to well done standards. To be fair the burger was not a bad quality if I wanted a well-done Burger, unfortunately not the case, most likely due to the bartender / server. The wifi that was provided by greendoor was extremely slow as well. This is my first experience here and I've lived in the neighborhood for 2 years now. Read moreThe band MIX PACK was great , definitely made you want to get up and dance, and we did, but the service was not acceptable. It wasn't very busy ,but not one time in the 3 hours we were there, did a server come to our table. I know for a fact one server was in the bathroom taking selfies of her backside in the mirror, because I walked in on her doing it. When you pay 5.00 a person to go see a great band, service should be rendered. They missed out on what could have been a great tip. Oh well the band was worth it. FYI I was in the customer service industry for 40 years and actually taught employees about what customer service is. Read moreWe love Green Door as a music venue, but the service is awful and abrasive at best. We go a lot, and never had the best service, but aren't very picky. We went in on a busy night and had to wait 45 minutes at the bar for a drink, multiple times. We get it - understaffed. We go to close out, and they've lost our credit card. No biggie, it'll turn up. We wait 45 minutes, check again, still lost. We say we need to go (2AM). The bouncer or maybe manager just taps the sign that says "unpaid tabs will be charged 20% at the end of the night." I clarified that the staff had lost our credit card, and he said "that's why I pay in cash." They said they call us the next day. They didn't. I've called and left messages three days in a row....
