Absolutely rude, came in with my 6 kids to eat dinner after a long day of running errands. Once in the lobby and my kids we're sitting down at the table and I went up to the kiosk to start ordering they informed me halfway through putting my order in that we were not allowed to be in there because they were about to close down the lobby, I loaded my kids up in the car after leaving my husband inside to finish the order on the kiosk and he was informed that they were basically out of everything so he may do with what they did have. Once he set his order to pay he walked up to the counter to pay in cash and he was told that he could not paying cash because they already closed down their drawers even though the lobby was still open at that time and that he needed to go through the drive-thru to place his order. They refused to accommodate the six kids in the car and not wanting to have to go all the way through the drive-thru just the place the same order he just placed on the kiosk. Absolutely rude staff, on top of all of that after receiving our food they still did not get the order correct. We had to go back through the drive-thru just to fix the order and it took them a good 25 minutes to get it all correct the second time around. I've been here now for over an hour just trying to be able to feed my kids. Nasty service, ordered & payed for online. As I waited for my order I got thirsty so ordered pop and payed cash ($3.17 gave her $4). Unfortunately she put in $40 tendered, I said just give me 83cents and a cup and we’re even. No she has to have a manager come up and fix it so her drawer isn’t short 🤦‍♂️. So I wait and wait but manager is too busy to bother. After 5 minutes I start shouting “Manager up Front” as my original food order is getting cold. Then a manager finally comes up front shouting who’s causing a commotion up here, looking at me like he thinks he can bully me as he’s a large man with long greasy hair and beard and no hair net (disgusting). Told him give me my 4$ back as my food was getting cold by this time. Manager says you take that $4 I’ll call the police. I said let me do it for you. Police came and went in came out with food and money for entire order (almost $40). I took my $4 back (I didn’t want to take advantage of them), gave the rest back to officer, and drove home. I have been to this KFC 4 times in the past 6 months and every time I go they have messed up my order. I thought it was just going through the drive thru, so I went in one of those times. The girl at the counter got the order correct as she read it back to me. When I got home and got ready to put it on the table it was wrong . So tonight I went through the drive thru once again, I didn’t go home this time, I checked my order and again it was wrong. This time I went in to let them know I didn’t order a drink and the had not given me one of my sides. Had I looked closer I would also have realized that the gave me the wrong chicken too.
