Dunkin' — Restaurant in LaPlace

Since this is the only way to get an owners response appaerntly I need to say it here. Since when does a business shut down at 730pm when they dont close till 9pm? Last month I came around 730. I work overnight shifts so I tend to come here before work. They had a bunch of staff in there playing cards with a sign on the door. The young man I spoke to was very rude to me. If the actual sign says 9pm and online it says 9pm then they should be open. Not closed down playing cards telling customers to leave, not to bother them and "read the sign" I have sent a message to corporate got nowhere with it, I have tried calling the manager office several times and have gotten...

We just left the LaPlace location where we were disappointed for the 2nd time. The milkshake was again very very liquidity. No thickness to it. It was more like a chocolate milk. This time I got a sugar cone because my waffle cone last time was hot enough to melt my ice cream causing a huge mess. This time the cone was stale & the chocolate it was dipped in was still hot and just caked on it & in it. It was way to much & still hot. It was not edible at all. In total we have waisted about $40 at the LaPlace location. We will go back to going to BR in Metairie. A very big disappointment LaPlace. Just another business with poor quality & subpar...

They open at 5:30 during the week days however do not have any glazed donuts ready. I ordered at the drive thru at 5:35am and wasn’t told this therefore they made me pull off to the side where I waited for 15 minutes while they cooked my 12 glazed donuts which Ultimately made me late for work. When I asked what was taking so long, I was informed they weren’t a 24 hour store. I’ve never been to a donut place where when they opened they didn’t have donuts ready. If I would have been informed this when i ordered a dozen glazed donuts I wouldn’t of stayed. Donuts were really good just didn’t like the disregard...
