Burger King — Restaurant in Laramie

Honestly they don't even deserve one star. I have never had such bad service. We went there 3x in 3 days because my nieces love this place and each time our order was messed up. Our food was wrong or we were missing something and this last time we didn't get salsa. It wasn't so much about the salsa as it was that we keep giving them the opportunity to show is that maybe they were just having a bad day. I go in spoke with the Assistant Manager letting her know that I don't want anything but maybe they should watch their orders better. We spent alot of money there and I think they need to make sure peoples orders are right. Anyway you know what she says.... She said because I forgot your salsa. I said you're a manager and you are talking to me like this. Totally disgusted with this place. She doesn't deserve her job. And btw first day you forgot 2 of my chicken nuggets orders, order of cookies, and our honey which I asked for 3x. That's first night... second night was we ordered one double cheese burger and regular cheese burger and got regular cheese burgers then today nothing was messed up but i wasn't there for other orders my husband was so I just wanted a manager to know what was going on and she...

I came with a friend for a late snack around 11:30. We waited in the drive thru as the only car waiting for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that we were there. Then the cashier asked us to wait. We waited for a few more minutes and finally got to order. He refused to let us pay separately, saying they can only do one order per car. Fair enough, so we place our order. I tries to switch out my fries for the flaming hot Mac and Cheetos bites, but he said they can't do that. Whatever, at this point I no longer cared. The cashier informed us that it would be another 10 minutes to make our food. We pulled around to the next window to pay, and mentioned that he forgot to offer us cookies and according to the promotion posted to their drive thru we were due some free cookies. The cashier said they were out of cookies and that's why he didn't offer them, but as he prepared the food, we could see inside the window and sitting on the front counter was an entire case full of cookies. I am often very forgiving in situations like this, but I have never had someone be so blatantly unhelpful or accommodating. It's relatively okay. They don't keep shakes/ice cream running late at night, which is nice when you really want ice cream/shakes. The food quality is consistently subpar, in that the fillings on hamburgers are constantly old and bleh looking.

But they also have Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. Freestyle machines let you pick any drink you want and have it delivered in the same stream as any other drink in the system. That means that you can choose from "hundreds of flavors" of drinks in principle. In practice, these machines need constant maintenance to improve the flavor of the drinks. This location doesn't do that maintenance nearly regularly enough. Every drink tastes like it's mixed from 95% of what you ordered and 5% whatever the last 10 people ordered. That means your Coke will taste cherry/orange/like Dr. Pepper. It's just subtle enough that you can kind of pass it off as okay, but more often than not it just bites and sucks.
