The friendliness of staff and delicious food is why we keep coming back everyday. Update 6/17/25. There are 3 friendly employees including Tia, Tika and Amanda. There are 2 employees that have caused my family to not go back. It's a shame that these 2 employees are still working there. They were both rude to myself and my kids. They advertise a free meal after paying for 10 meals, yet it didn't work out that way with one of these employees. I believe this was quite unfair to advertise something and then to argue in front of other guests about why only a small portion was deducted. They need to add the rules about what is or isn't covered. We spent thousands of dollars at perkins over the past year and then to be told different rules applied on our final visit. Very rude. Other employees never changed the rules before when we got to 10 meals and qualified for a free meal. It's a shame that had to happen. They've now lost revenue and guests due to this. Very unfair practice by this restaurant. The employees Tia, Tika, Amanda and Kaylee were the only friendly ones and they were the reasons we used to go to Perkins. It's just too bad that the unmentioned 2 unfriended employees are enforcing unfair rules. One is a waitress and another a cashier at the desk who most recently became promoted.    Read moreNormally I love eating at the Laramie Perkins. It is clean, the wait staff is (usually) friendly, and the food is pretty decent for a Perkins. Last night however that changed.
First of all, our waiter was horrible. It took almost 10 minutes to get a glass of water and when he dropped food off or took our order, he was gruff, interacted with us as little as possible, and just all around seemed unhappy to be there. You know what, though? People have off days so we were excusing it and still left him a good tip.
Now that the mask mandate has been lifted, none of the staff wear masks. Whateverâ I understand that itâs a personal choice. But when my fiancĂ©e and I went to pay, a group of older folks was in front of us and the manager were talking about how great it was to not wear masksâ so the manager gave them an âawesome discount!â for âbeing so awesome!â
When the two of us stepped up to pay (wearing masks) the managerâs tone and attitude shifted. She became rude and lost the friendly, chipper attitude she had had only moments before. Again, just like our waiter, she was gruff, made a point to interact with us as little as possible, and seemed like she didnât want us there or to be there herself.

And I suggest you don't beriddle folks over the phone especially! My husband and I frequently came to your place of employment..he brings his work crew there on a regular basis.. and you wanted to basically accuse me of lying about getting food there.. and told me not to come back to your place of employment again who are you to decide where I eat and where I spend my hard earned money at?? Maybe you should tell your wife your wait staff to pay more attention to their customers instead of being on their phones.. I will never eat at The Establishment again by the way neither will my husband who spends almost $50 there thre to four times a week..
