When I came inside the store, the store was close to empty with one customer. I come inside and no one had greeted me. I thought to myself, ^It's fine, no big dealokay? I go to the cashier. THE CASHIER WALKED AWAY, while he saw that i came in!!! . one of the other worker had to call him to take my order. But he didn't come, until thankfully. One of the cook noticed me. And took my order. Then after she did. The cashier came back for me to pay, and at this point i wanted to leave because of the terrible service, but it was whatever. I was starving, and while i was about to pay, with cash He gave me attitude!! And muttered under his breath with annoyance saying "uhhh okay..." as he switched back to use the cash payment instead of card. He seems annoyed that I took him off his time walking around back the store for whatever reason Just to get my order. The food came out. And at first it looked full and might be filling. That was until I turned over the meat and chicken. They were paper thin!!! Delicious. But...

But I'm in Wyoming, and I don't do Mexican north of Amarillo. After some research, Andale Rapido seemed a good luch spot, so i took the risk. It's more toward fast food than a regular restaurant with counter service and atmosphere, but no matter. I ordered the nachos with seasoned beef. The chips were fresh and crispy, and they were not skimpy with the ingredients. The beef was drained well so there was no pool of grease. The flavors were abundant I enjoyed it very much. The fact that they had Cholula on the table when I sat down was a welcome plus. Setting there eating made me feel close to home, but then I went back outside and was instantly hit in the face with the fact I was still in Wyoming. 😀 I would put this down as a great lunch...
Read moreAndale, is a quaint restaurant on an inside corner of a strip mall style building. Upon entering one is immediately taken by the odor of a great meal. Menus are placed in front of you on an end cap, and along the wall. Once you get to the counter, the staff is ready to answer questions and take your order. Staff is bilingual in , at least, Spanish and English. Very courteous, and will adjust for the picky eater... Food came out "Rapido" as well, had a great presentation and tasted excellent.
