If you click on the low-rated reviews (see photos below for proof) you will find that the owner of this location truly does not care about unhappy customers by stating “the business does not take longer than a minute per car to hand you your order” but I’ve repeatedly had to wait over 15 minutes with only 1-2 cars in front of me. People have to get to work.
One time the owner claimed I was waiting an extensive amount of time when I was at the window for a to-go order because “I should’ve rang the doorbell” but I did RING the doorbell three times to be exact, and still had to wait 10+ minutes for ONE drink with literally ONE car in the drive thru.
If someone claims you made their drink wrong, it’s time to issue an APOLOGY not an “Are you sure?!?!🥴” If you don’t believe that this happens, go through the negative reviews and look at the owners replies. He is extremely degrading and can’t handle feedback and only gives excuses.
It’s rumored that the owner favors baristas who share the bad attitude, has them post reviews pretending to be customers in order to eliminate any negative reviews and they spend a lot of time gossiping together about paying customers instead of making their drinks.
Furthermore, what the hell is up with having the staff ASK FOR A TIP? Yes, they ASK for a tip, and when you say no they roll their eyes, and refuse to give you their signature bean or a pup cup or any of their “free” stickers.
When anyone goes out to a restaurant, does the server ASK them if they’d like to tip?! Tipping is a private matter. These employees are making $13+ an hour (I know they make this much because I applied to work here and that is the rate they offered me) and ASKING FOR TIPS AT A DRIVE THROUGH IS INSANE.
ASKING FOR TIPS is uncomfortable and unprofessional and it needs to stop.
Waitresses make less than $5 an hour which is why THEY depend on tips and they don’t dare ask for a damn tip.
To the owner: Do not bother replying something petty because it will just make your company and the people who work for you look worse than you all already do.
update he replied with no accountability and only accusing me of lying (see his reply below)
THANKS FOR MAKING ME LOVE STARBUCKS (I posted this review 7-21-24 and as of 7-22-24 which is the NEXT DAY there is over twenty new reviews claiming starbucks sucks, and that they work for the human bean and it’s great. They’ve never had so much reviews flood in for one day as you can see the history, so this is obviously a scheme for the owner. Good job Matt you must be proud. Does...

Okay. I'll try to be fair...
They got my order wrong 3 out of the last 5 trips. I've only sent it back once.
Drive through service is usually on point with speed (if not accuracy) but don't even think about using the walk up window if you want service anytime soon. Once they notice you, usually a full minute or two after you walk up, it'll still be a minute or two before they take your order. And I believe the priority for making walk up orders is sometime between when they decide to get to it and never. Seriously...like twenty-five or thirty minutes waiting outside in the sun is not hyperbole...which is too bad because the kiddo loves it but I just don't like leaving so frustrated.
I said drive through is usually on point...but sometimes....sometimes the staff inside are friends with the people in the car and when that happens it quickly turns into a social transaction. I've seen three, four people take their turn at the window to chat, well after drinks have been served and monies exchanged.
The last visit or two, other than another reunion of old friends at the window, has been better but to be honest, the only reason I still go is the...
Read moreFirst thing that happens when I pull up to the drive thru order window....i get asked how my day is going. In my 50 years I have never been asked anything like that in a drive thru. The personal caring feel from the employees was a nice experience first thing in the morning! More than one employee spike to me through the window and they were both very nice to speak with. The coffee was absolutely great and a perfect temperature that was not too hot allowed me to start enjoying right away. There were 8 vehicles ahead of me when i first got there. The line moved quick. I was not watching the clock but I bet it was no longer than 2 minutes per vehicle. At no time did I ever think that something was wrong or taking too long. The sign at the beginning of the line explaining how to merge vehicles from both directions made me laugh! I totally get why it's there, but this should be common sense. I have no doubt people in a rush do not use much common sense. Enjoying this establishment will definitely become a more common thing in my life! This place is truly a little gem in the Gem city! Thank...
